#TY294 - Bird on a Cage Metal Penny Toy Vintage 3/4" wide soft metal penny toy. Has an embossed bird standing on a cage. These are early pre-war japan toys. Circa 1920s. They were found in an old novelty house in Louisiana. Very few of this type of toy survived because the metal bends easily and they are fragile. These were one of the earliest types of toys that went in boxes of Cracker Jacks. Nice condition. $4.00
