Says "Dip the wand into the dancing bubble solution and drag Wave Wand through the air or blow gently to produce a stream of fascinating dancing bubbles". These are old circa 1920s labels from the Diamond Ink Co. in Milwaukee, WI. My bet is that the Wave Wand was an old tin wood handled loop. The Cut Refugee Bean label is one of the most beautiful of the group and is not very common. These labels are unused stock that was found in the long closed factory in Newark, New York many years ago. They are very beautiful. I found a printers inspection tag between some of the labels that is dated April of 1927. This one is the 1 pound 3 ounce size.
