#ZLT012 - Pair of Scotten, Dillon Tobacco Labels - Pep and Way Up
For $2 you the pair. Vintage 12" tall tobacco pack labels (just the top half is pictured). One says Pep and has a runner on it. The other says Way-Up and has an image of a bundle of tobacco and a box of tobacco on two sides of an old scale. These are both really nice images. They are old unused stock from the long gone Scotten Dillon tobacco company that was in Detroit, MI. Circa 1930s.

Vintage 2 3/8" tall Georgia Maid Sweet Pickles jar label. These look fantastic on a smaller jar. Found at the Roddenbery Bros. Packers in Cairo, GA. Copyright mark is 1939 on them and they are from around that time period. Uncommon.

Vintage 7/8" diameter brass bowling token. Pictures a bowling ball on one side and a bowling pin on the other. These show slight usage and the brass has tarnished a little. Marked JS on both sides. Unusual bowling collectible. Circa 1930s. Both sides pictured.

Vintage 3" wide flip top cardboard drug store box. These are unused and were never filled. They were found at the Johnson Drug Store in Lynn, Indiana. This is an older style container that was mostly used in the 1920s and 30s. Nice condition.

#DC044 - Early Serendipity Guernsey Gold Raw Milk Bottle Cap
Milk bottle cap says Serendipity Farm Guernsey Gold Raw Milk Pat and Mike Lewitt, Upton Maine. They stopped bottling raw milk in the 1930s when the TB outbreak spread to the cattle supply, so these are likely from the 30s or older. 1 5/8" diameter. Unused excellent condition. One of the nicest picture caps around with an elk on it. Retails for $1.50 - $3 on Ebay.

#DC055 - Clifford Colby Pure Milk Cap - Herd of Cows
Vintage circa 1930s milk bottle cap. Pictures a herd of cows and is marked Clifford Colby Pure Milk, Bucksport. Telephone number on it is 144-14. Old one. Unused excellent condition. Scarce one. Don't think I've ever seen one sell for less than $1.50. I suspect you'll like our price better.

#TO025 - Crooks Rum and Honey Cigar Pack
Vintage 5 1/2" tall empty Rum and Honey Crooks Cigar pack. These are very brightly colored and picture a barrel and bee on the front and back. They say "Rum and Honey Crooks Cured in Rum and Flavored with Honey". Unused old stock found at the Wolf Bros. Cigar Co. Red Lion, PA. These are great for the country store collector. They can put 5 cigars in them and make a nice display item.

#ZLSG030 - Large Size Stafford's Blacks Grape Crate Label with Black Boy
Vintage crate label. Same as #LSG015, but this one is bigger. Same width, but about an inch taller. Even less of these were found. Unusual image. Pictures a black boy with a colander on his head with a feather coming out of it. Circa 1930s. Unused old factory stock from Tipton, CA. Excellent condition.

#ZZCA015 - Group of two 1930 Gulf Refining Company invoices
You get 2 for $1.00 (that's 50ยข each). Vintage invoices from the plant in Bethlehem, PA. They are all dated around 1930 or 1929. They list a lot of the products that Gulf sold at that time including various motor oils, lubricants, grease, etc. They show some aging and may have folds or very minor edge tears. About 8" wide.

#ZLC142 - Pitcher Lemon Fruit Crate Label
Vintage 12 1/2" wide Pitcher Lemon crate label. Great detailed and colorful image of an old pitcher. These are unused old stock from the Teague-Mcketett Assn. packers in Santa Paula Ventura County, California. They are from around the 1930s and are a great example of American Fruit Crate art. The purpose of a crate label back then was not necessarily to make a point that had anything to do with the product. They simple used incredible graphics and images to try and catch your eye. This is a great example of that. The image is very eye catching. This is a good framer.

#DC056 - Lone Pine Farms Tuberculosis Milk Cap
Vintage circa 1930s Lone Pine Farms milk bottle cap. 1 5/8" diameter. Pictures a scene with pine trees and has the battle cry of the milk farmers of that time period on it which was (Tuberculin Tested Cows). At that time tuberulosis was a scourge and tuberculosis from cows was considered a major source of the plague. These are old stock from the dairy that was in Hanover, N. J. and is marked as such.

They stopped bottling raw milk in the 1930s when the TB outbreak spread to the cattle supply, so these are likely from the 30s or older. 1 5/8" diameter. Unused excellent condition. Nice picture of a cow head. A number of caps were found at this Dairy in Woodland, California a while back. However, this one that says raw milk with the cow head is very uncommon.

#CH084 - Group of 3 Different Borden's Ice Cream Bags with Elsie
You get 3 for $3 (that's $1 each). Vintage ice cream bags picturing Elsie. These are really neat. All three picture Elsie and are similar to the one pictured. Each one is 6" wide. On the back they all have another picture of Elsie and tell you to save these bags for "swell prizes" and to send a post card to Popsicle Pete. This was a joint promotion offer with popsicle. Unusual advertising memorabilia. Unused plant stock from the 1940s in excellent condition.

6" tall vintage unused stock broom label picturing a bluebird on a branch. Circa 1930s. Found in a defunct broom factory warehouse in Illinois. These were labels that were actually used on broom handles. A lot of broom companies went out of business in the 1940s and 1950s when vacuum cleaners took their place in the American household.

#ZZMS051 - Universal Blade Service Letterhead
Vintage unused letterhead from the Universal Blade Service in Fond du Lac, WI. They sold and repaired bread machine blades. During the 1920s, aluminum was really a big deal and so I guess they were getting in on that act too as it also says they were the "Home of the all aluminum revolving cake decorating stand"! 4 digit phone number. Unused condition. 11" tall.
