Vintage 12 1/2" wide crate Panama crate label picturing a map showing where the fruit was delivered from Panama. Very colorful Schmidt Litho image. It is marked with a 1912 copyright date, but this same image was used up into the 1930s which is likely when these were made. Unused factory stock from the Johnston Fruit Co. in Santa Barbara, CA.

Vintage 9" tall unused cardboard master carton. Pictures Insert Tobacco tins on the sides and says they were made to contain one dozen of the 5¢ size. Marked "John Weisert Tobacco Co. St. Louis, MO". Empty and folded flat. They have perforations so the box could be split into two counter displays, Somehow the contents of this defunct factory ended up at an auction house in Felicity, Ohio a number of years ago. We bought most of it, but it ended up burning in our warehouse fire a few years ago. We still had a small stack of these sitting around the house.

They have a 1927 copyright date on them, but are more likely from around the 1930s.

#ZLW071 - Rare E & K Tokay Wine Label with Cherubs
Rare Tokay Wine label. A very small quantity of these was found by a friend of ours at the Engels & Krudwig Winery in Sandusky, Ohio. This was perhaps the best quality wine that was bottle in the Lake Erie region. These are 5" wide stone lithos with a fantastic image of cherubs dancing around a wine keg. They are 5 " wide and for a one quart bottle. This is one of the nicest early stone litho American wine labels that have been found anywhere. Condition is excellent though all have a very slight ridge that flattens right out with framing.

Say it was for Biliousness, Heartburn, and Flatulence and contained "Oleum Methae, Oleum Eucalyti, Olive Oil", etc. Even says "Beware of Imitations". Unused old stock from the Joseph Muller Manufacturer in New Orleans, LA.

Vintage 4 " wide unused label. It says Santa Anita Beverages Ginger Ale and pictures a jockey and horse at the track. These are from around the 1930s which was the beginning of the big Santa Anita race, so these are a very early Santa Anita item. They have very slight curling, but come back flat is you put them in a book for awhile or frame them. This is a very rare label. Unused old stock from the Napa Rock Mineral Water Co. in Oakland, CA.
