Guaging by the style of her clothes these are circa 1950s. Unused stock found in the basement of an old grocery. $1.00 #SIGN028 - Nature's Powerhouse Florida Orange Sign Vintage color 14" wide cardboard store sign. Colorful picture of a young boy biting into an orange slice. Says "Nature's Powerhouse of Vitamin C". These are from the late 1950s. The blank part of the sign is where they wrote the prices. They came from the basement of a large store in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania called Trimble's. The store got signs with their deliveries and threw them in piles in the basement. One of our long time customers rescued these (thank's Bob) and a number of others. These are in excellent condition. Of note, magazine ads for Florida Citrus products from the 1950s retail for $8 - $10. These should retail for more. $2.50 #BC197 - Early Spur Soda Cap Scarce circa 1950 cork lined early Spur Soda cap. We just have a few. They came out of an old plant. They are unused, and in excellent condition. You almost never see them in this kind of condition. $0.25 #MS046 - Set of 3 Different Florida Citrus Display Brochures You get 3 different brochures for $3 (that's $1 each). Vintage 1950s 4 page 11" tall Florida Citrus Display Brochures. They show pictures of various very period looking displays that came free to the grocers with Florida citrus products. The rear cover of one has a picture of a large display of Aunt Jemima's Pancake mix which it says was made with orange juice. Some of the signs found with these are pictured in the brochures. They came from the basement of a large store in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania called Trimble's. They were found with the various Florida Citrus signs we have for sale. Vintage 1950's Shrine Circus Pinbacks. 1 3/4" in diameter and in excellent condition. I found these in an old novelty place in Rochester, NY that was closing down. These are unused and came out of the Red Arrow Bottling Plant in Detroit, MI. Excellent condition. Just have a few. $0.50 #TM058 - Full Book of Early Las Vegas Fremont Hotel and Casino Matches Vintage unused full pack of front cover stiker Las Vegas Fremont Hotel and Casino matches. The Fremont Hotel was designed by architect Wayne McAllister and opened on May 18, 1956 as the tallest building in the state of Nevada. These matches are from that early time period (the phone number on them is DU 4-3333). Nice picture of the hotel. They are full unused packs in good condition, but they do have some rust around the staples. $1.00 #ZLC068 - White House Melons Label Large vintage 13 1/2" wide White House Brand California Melons crate label. Nice large image of the White House. Nice piece for the label or political collector. Green writing. 1 5/8" diameter. Pictures a cow head. These are old stock in nice unused condition from the dairy that was in De Ruyter, N. Rod's was a group of 5 old diners in various locations in California that are listed on the inside of the book. One of them is still in operation in Arcadia, CA. It is now called Rod's Grill and they still serve old fashion family meals. These matches are circa the 1950s and are in unused condition. $0.75 #TY170 - Large Kokeshi Doll Pencil Vintage wooden Kokeshi doll pencil. Says "Kokeshi Doll" and "Japan" on the pencil. Large 15" pencil with hand painted doll at the head decorated with string. Kokeshi dolls were limbless dolls and are very collectible. $1.00 #BC030 - Sun Drop Cola 1 Cent Sale Cork Lined Cap Vintage cork lined Sun Drop Cola soda bottle caps that say 1 cent sale (says second carton 1cent with purchase of one at regular price). Circa 1950s. Unused old stock in good condition. This is a pretty uncommon one. I can't remember the last time I saw any. $0.25 #SOC002 - Canada Dry Cup 3 1/2" tall vintage Canada Dry soda cup. These are the only examples of this cup I have ever seen. It's an old one with a play it safe logo that goes back to the 1950s. Excellent condition. Found in an old soda plant. Soda cups are popular with collectors because they are still inexpensive. You can assemble an incredible collection for less than a hundred bucks. Try doing that with other collectibles! $0.50 #BC085 - Kist Punch Cork Lined Soda Cap Vintage Kist Punch soda caps. Nice unused condition. These don't photograph well (the letters in the word "Kist" are very reflective), but are one of the nicest caps around. They are in exceptional condition for their age too (circa 1950). Found in an old bottling plant. These are getting hard to find and generally sell on Ebay for $2 each and up. $0.35 #DC059 - Uncommon Dari Fruit Punch Milk Cap with Palm Trees Vintage circa 1950s Dari Fruit Punch milk bottle cap. 1 5/8" diameter. Pictures palm trees. These are old stock in nice unused condition from the dairy. Slight rust mark (as shown in picture) from the staple of the one it was sitting on in the roll. $0.12 #DC040 - Pair of Wayside Farms Milk Caps Picturing Baby with Giant Bottle You get the pair for 50¢ (that's 25¢ each). These are super nice picture caps. One says Wayside Pasteurized Milk and the other Wayside Homogenized Vitamin D Milk. Both are very colorful and picture different poses of a baby with a giant milk bottle. Large 1 5/8" caps that go for pretty good money on Ebay. Circa 1950.
