Made of thick plastic and painted to mimic the chalkware banks that had been a carnival staple for many years. These are unused old stock from the 1960s still in the original cellophane bags that say Retirement Saving Bank. Coin hole in the back and large plug on bottom. Detail and color is excellent on them. These are identical in shape and style to the old glass ones for the old metal bird cages. The header has fantastic colors and says Life Guard Bird Cup. Pictures a parakeet. Excellent condition. Unused old stock. $0.50 #MS053 - San Antonio World's Fair Hemisfair 68 Bags Vintage 8" tall World's Fair bags from the 1968 San Antonio World's Fair. They are licensed with a copyright mark and have a nice image of the tower. Also marked "Hemisfair '68". Unused old stock. $0.80 #CC070 - Coke Cup with Snowflakes and Uncommon Fishtail Logo 3 1/2" tall 1960s Coca Cola waxed paper cups. Great shape. Unusual, because they have the "Enjoy Coke" logo in a fishtail type design on the one side and "Drink Coca Cola" in the same design on the reverse. The logos from this time period were usually in a circle. $1.50 #CH087 - Larry Harmon Bozo the Clown Bread Bag Vintage beautifully illustrated and colorful 18" long bread bags. They have the Larry Harmon licensing info on them. Very colorful picture of Bozo with his 1960s TV cartoon pals, Butch, Itchy and Puck. Circa mid 1960s. These are old stock that were found in the factory in Michigan and are rejects. The seams have rough edges and are only partially sealed. You could put some tape on them if you wanted to make a display loaf or they are good as is for framing. They never turn up in any better condition and usually retail like this for $6 - $10 on Ebay. $2.00 #HH029 - Larger Halloween Treat Bag w Kids and Haunted House 6 3/4" tall vintage Halloween trick or treat bag picturing two trick or treaters going up a hill to a haunted house with a witch flying by. This is a little larger than average size treat bag. From around the 1960s. I haven't seen many of these around for a long time. $1.00 #SP013 - Louter Kabouter Coaster with Gnome Vintage paper 3 1/2" diameter Louter Kabouter Beer coaster. Neat picture of a gnome holding up a crock. Louter Kabouter has been making alcoholic beverages in Holland since 1777 and is an internationally know company. The logo and picture on the coasters dates these to around the 1960s. Good shape except some slight rippling of the napkin like paper. Neat gnome collectible. $0.25 #TY046 - Boxed Tin Litho Pop Pop Boat 5 1/4" long candle powered vintage tin litho pop pop boat. Still in the original box. These are old stock that were found in a defunct factory in Japan. They are marked "Made in Japan" (in English) and come with candles. The writing on the box is Japanese and there is a sticker giving directions in German. Excellent condition. Circa 1960s. I've seen several variations of these over the years and this is one of the nicest ones with bright colors and excellent details. $10.00 #TY202 - Miniature Hard Plastic Hand Painted Dog Average one is about 1/2" inches wide. When Nixon announced he was running for president in 1968, many scoffed. The former vice president had suffered a defeat in his campaign for president in 1960, and for California governor in 1962. This pinback lampooned Nixon's losing streak. Unused old stock in excellent condition. $1.50 #BC113 - Group of 10 Early Plastic Lined Sarsaparilla Soda Cap You get 10 for $.80 (that's 8¢ each). Vintage Sarsaparilla plastic lined soda bottle caps. These are unusual. The design on this cap was used as far back as the 1940s or earlier, but was carried on all the way into the late 1960s. Unused, and in nice condition.
