The reverse shows wheat stalks with the famous slogan between them that reads "Ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country". #TY256 - Pair of 1960s Shoes for Barbie
#TY256 - Pair of 1960s Shoes for Barbie
You get the pair for $1. These are roughly 3/4" from front to back. They are soft plastic shoes that were made for early Barbies. I found these many years ago at the now defunct Acme Specialty Co. in Massillon, Ohio where they sold them as Barbie shoes. My understanding is that they fit the standard Barbie dolls of the day. They are from the 1960s and are in unused condition. They are soft plastic and most are pink, yellow, blue, and green. The more you order, the more different colors you will get.

#CH119 - Extremely Rare Charlie Chaplain Silent Movie Handbill
#CH119 - Extremely Rare Charlie Chaplain Silent Movie Handbill
OK guys. Something like this is extremely rare. Vintage Charlie Chaplain items like this are nearly impossible to find. They came out of an old theatre in Brooklyn, NY. They are 11" tall thin paper handbills that they passed out in front of the theater to attact customers. It advertises D. W. Griffith's The Fall of Babylon which was made in 1919, so that is the time period these are from. It shows the second feature was Charlie Chaplan's comedy "Carman" which was made in 1917. This was the era of the silent movie and so it says "music throughout the entire show". What that means is that some guy played the organ while you watched the silent movies. This is a very good piece and we are proud to be able to offer it. These are the only examples we've ever seen. We bought them right and so are passing them on at an amazing price.

They are licensed items and are dated 1983 and marked Musidor B. V. Cards are 6 1/2" tall and beautifully illustrated. It is our opinion that these are a good investment. The Stones are considered the best rock and roll band in the world. This kind of stuff is already desirable, but should get better over time.

#ZLCA043 - Roseco Evaporated Milk Label
#ZLCA043 - Roseco Evaporated Milk Label
Vintage 9 3/4" wide Roseco Brand 14 1/2 ounce Evaporated Milk label. This is perhaps the most beautiful dairy label you will ever see. Stone litho image. Very deep and vibrant colors. Cow with milking stool and bucket pictured. Also a gigantic rose image. These labels have a printer's code on them that dates them to 1933. They are an amazing find. They came from a brewery in Minnesota! During prohibition, the brewery turned to canning milk since they couldn't make beer any more. It was a large operation and they canned milk for companies all over the country. The companies would send them the labels and they would can the milk and send it back with the companies label on it. Incredibly, as soon as prohibition was over, they returned immediately to brewing beer and a ton of canning labels were left sitting in the basement all those years. We were able to procure the entire lot of the very best labels, and they are priced very reasonably. You'll be hard pressed to find any nicer dairy related labels anywhere at any price.
