#MUSIC216 - Round 1993 Aerosmith Get a Grip Tour OTTO Backstage Pass
#MUSIC216 - Round 1993 Aerosmith Get a Grip Tour OTTO Backstage Pass
Vintage 3 3/4" tall Aerosmith OTTO cloth Backstage Pass for the 1993 Get a Grip Tour. Excellent unused condition.

We just bought a large lot of many different OTTO passes from a roadie who worked many of these concerts. He collected them and traded them around with other roadies over a 30 year period, so many are very unusual and uncommon. We are going to be listing a lot of different types and will provide approximate retail prices so you will know what to sell them for based on prices at large sites that sell music related memorabilia. This particular one retails for around $5 - $7.

Backstage passes are one of the biggest collectibles in the pop culture world. Music became the number one interest of people all over the world by the mid 1970s and concerts were everywhere. In 1974, a company named OTTO came onto the scene and started making cloth material backstage passes. They couldn’t be copied on a copying machine and so people couldn’t sneak in with a fake. To this day, OTTO is the biggest producer of backstage passes and they are still impossible to reproduce. They are the most widely collected type. Popular groups and cult groups from the mid 70s to the mid 90s are the most popular. They have one of the broadest appeals of all collector items as almost everyone likes music and has collected records, or CDs, or MP3s. They also make very cool affordable gifts. Framers are starting to frame them too. Great for a TV room. These are just really cool.

#ZLCA043 - Roseco Evaporated Milk Label
#ZLCA043 - Roseco Evaporated Milk Label
Vintage 9 3/4" wide Roseco Brand 14 1/2 ounce Evaporated Milk label. This is perhaps the most beautiful dairy label you will ever see. Stone litho image. Very deep and vibrant colors. Cow with milking stool and bucket pictured. Also a gigantic rose image. These labels have a printer's code on them that dates them to 1933. They are an amazing find. They came from a brewery in Minnesota! During prohibition, the brewery turned to canning milk since they couldn't make beer any more. It was a large operation and they canned milk for companies all over the country. The companies would send them the labels and they would can the milk and send it back with the companies label on it. Incredibly, as soon as prohibition was over, they returned immediately to brewing beer and a ton of canning labels were left sitting in the basement all those years. We were able to procure the entire lot of the very best labels, and they are priced very reasonably. You'll be hard pressed to find any nicer dairy related labels anywhere at any price.

#ZZA148 - Complete Set of 16 Different Exhibit Supply Radio Cards For Single Women
#ZZA148 - Complete Set of 16 Different Exhibit Supply Radio Cards For Single Women
Vintage complete set of 16 Exhibit Supply Radio Cards for Single Women. These are 1 1/2" tall and picture a guy on the front with a radio message for the woman receiving the card of the reverse. The ones pictured are typical. For example, "My own true love life is not worth living without you. Come to my arms my darling, my heart hungers for you". The machines that dispensed these for a penny were only made from 1923 - 1931. Exhibit Supply often continued to make cards for their machines that they would sell to the penny arcades that used them for awhile after they no longer made the machines. Gauging by the original brick these were wrapped in, I'd say these are likely an old version from the 1930/40s. The gentleman pictured are all very period 1920s guys. These are very rare and unusual. Complete sets are nearly impossible to find. These were in original bricks marked Exhibit Supply that were found in storage at a penny arcade up in the northeast. Very few collectors will have a complete set of these and we've got them priced right.
