The hairnet is strung with lots of tiny brightly colored beads. They are handmade, and I'm sure it took a long time to string all those beads on the hairnet. I got them out of that old distributorship in the Boston area we've been telling you about. They had been sitting there since the 1950s. The store owner told me that they were really hot sellers back in the day and that they commanded a premium price.
