#CH195 - Dale Evans Pinup Postcard
#CH195 - Dale Evans Pinup Postcard
Vintage 5 1/2" wide Dale Evans pinup postcard. A pinup of Dale Evans (of Roy Rogers fame) was the second leading pinup behind Betty Grable during WWII. The postcard is marked "Western Art Post Card Co. Los Angeles, 9, Calif." on the reverse. Note the zone 9. That dates it to before 1964 when zones were discontinued, and it is likely from the 1950s when the Roy Rogers show was popular. No wonder the Roy Rogers show was so popular!
