These are scarce and unusual as they are made by the famous Vari-Vue Pictorial Productions Company and are marked as such on the back. This is a standard size (1 5/8" diameter) milk cap that pictures a cow head and has a pull tab. Perfect milk cap for most old milk bottles as it has no name and is the most common size and so can be used with bottles from almost any dairy.
