Fairly large 7" long friction toy in excellent unused condition. Unsold stock from the long ago defunct plant in Japan where they were made for export to the US. $5.00 #TY076 - Group of 4 Boxed Tin Globe Pencil Sharpeners You get 4 for $4 (that's $1 each). Nearly 3" tall vintage pencil sharpeners in original boxes. The globes are made of tin and the rest is hard plastic. Boxes are nice and colorful. These should sell to pencil sharpener collectors, globe collectors, and 60s toy collectors who want items in original boxes. We just found them in an old store in Pennsylvania where they had been sitting since the mid 1960s. Unsold old stock in really nice condition. Most are blue. Well made. Near perfect condition. Circa 1950. Found in cases marked the “Royal Top Co.” These came from the closed Gulack warehouse in Brooklyn, NY. $2.00 #TY112 - Group of 3 Wrigley's gum Spearmint Snappy Gum Tricks You get 3 for $3 (that's $1 each). Vintage Wrigley's gum snapping trick. Made of cardboard, paper, and metal and marked "Made in Japan". It has a lever like a mouse trap, so when you offer someone a stick of gum they get snapped by the lever. They still work and are the same size and look just like a real pack of gum except for the spelling of Wrigley's (they spelled it Wriggeyl's). Neat circa 1950s novelty in great shape. Various types and colors. We found them in an old store in New York City where they had been sitting in remote storage for a long time. Circa 1950s. Hard plastic. Vintage 1 1/2" diameter 1960s toy compasses in their original header bags. Nice condition. They still work. Found in remote storage at an old toy store in New York. $3.00 #TY105 - Group of 12 Dolls of all Nations Charms You get 12 for $1.80 (that's 15¢ each). Unusual. These came from the closed Raleigh's Novelties store in Columbus, Ohio. The master carton was marked "Dolls of all Nations". They are made of hard plastic and average about an inch tall. Each one has the name of the country they represent on the base. There are many different figures representing many different countries (please - no specific requests - we're just going to pack them randomly). It is interesting that "America" is one of the "nations", but Alaska and Hawaii are in the group too, which leads me to believe that these were made before Alaska and Hawaii were states.
