Marked "La Bella Hair Tonic" "Curcio Co. Jersey City, N. J." Circa 1910s. Excellent unused condition. These came from long time dealer Lorie Cairns who recently sold us her inventory. Lorie was one of the pioneers in this business and we are very grateful to her.

The 6 1/2" tall decal says "Green Day Dookie" and is the same as the Dookie album cover. Also marked "Copyright 1994 PHISH". These came from a cache of toys from a large distributorship that got hung up in bankruptcy in New York City many years ago, and are in perfect condition. We dug these out of the warehouse they ended up in. These are super rare in the original package like this. In fact, we have never seen any others.

#BEADS0692 - Translucent White Glass Ball on the End of a Brass Stem - Cherry Brand
Vintage nearly 2" long thin brass stem with a s 5mm translucent white ball on the end. Cherry Brand Japanese beads. These were made by hand using old techniques. These are circa 1940s Cherry Brand (company only existed from 1946 - 1951). As you many know, Cherry Brand was considered the highest quality Japanese bead maker. This is a very fresh find we made from a dealer in New York who originally purchased them in the 1940s. These are very hard to find, very nice, and have never seen the light of day. We uncovered them very recently in an old vending warehouse here locally. These licensed types are very scarce, yet easy to identify by the licensing info on the side of the button. Most of the musical pinbacks that you see for sale on Ebay or other online sites are reproductions. These licensed types retail for much higher prices. Excellent unused condition.

Vintage 3 1/2" tall rattles (rattles when you shake them). They feature a boy holding a white rabbit and a silver flower bouquet. They are made of celluloid or a celluloid type of plastic, and are completely hand painted. Very early "Hong Kong" (marked as such), and are from around 1950 or perhaps earlier. We just found these recently, and they are in never seen the light of day condition. Unsold old store stock.

Vintage 4 1/4" wide laminated OTTO "VIP" backstage pass (they call it a VIP ticket) from his first album tour - It's Dark and Hell is Hot. It is from an appearance at the Pavilion at JAZZCO on December 13, 1998 and is marked as such. DMX is a rapper with a lot of mainstream hits. He is the only artist ever to debut 5 albums at #1 on Billboard. Unfortunately, he passed away very recently from a heart attack induced by a drug overdose. These are very uncommon. They are in excellent unused condition.

Vintage mahogany colored large hole ceramic hippie bead. 10mm long (.4") with a 5mm hole. These are made from a heavy ceramic material. Packages were marked "Made in Japan". They are from the late 1960s, and are in perfect unused condition. They really have the look of the day and would be great for a late 1960s period piece. They used to string these on thin rope or clothesline back in the day and make a necklace.

(Click the image to view the full certificate) Vintage 13 3/4" wide stock/Bond certificate from the West Shore Railroad Company. All are from the 1930/40s and have signatures, but look much older. Really nice graphics. This railroad was organized by J.P. Morgan in 1885, and were bought by New York Central in the early 1950s, but still ran under the West Shore Name until around the mid 1960s. These have some typical folds, etc. They came from the estate of friend and famous dealer Bob Secrist.

Click the picture to see a larger more detailed image. Vintage 6 1/4" display card says "Happy Dan Kirchhof Newark N. J. U.S.A.". Super colorful with a giant clown face. It has 3 inset tin litho clown dexterity puzzles. On the inner rim, each one is marked "Kirchoff Life of the Party". The cards show some aging and imperfections but are still nice. The plastic covers on the individual tin puzzles are warped irregularly from age. Even with imperfections, this is a rare very colorful circa 1950 display piece from a famous American toy manufacturer. We found these in remote storage in an old souvenir store near The Alamo.

Vintage 6 1/2" tall cardboard ad for Coke with a coupon attached to the bottom half by a peforation. These were coupons that were mailed out in the 1940s. Says you "Present this card and a deposit of 12¢..... and you got six bottles of Coca Cola free".  Was a pretty good deal.  Found at the old Coke bottling plant in Fort Wayne, Indiana. We got these from the estate of friend and famous dealer, Bob Secrist.

Reverse is embossed "Japan" in the metal. They are from around 1960 and are in nice shape. There are no straps as you can see in the picture. These were toys and so the dials are not meant to be functional. They are not common and early Bozo items like this are very collectible.

They have a great image of a fist with electricity coming out of every side, and are marked "The Baltimore Butterine Co." "VITA OLEOMARGARINE" "Copyright May 18, 1925". They are from around the late 1920s. They are very uncommon and have gone for big prices before on Ebay. Also says "U. S. instpected and passed by Department of Agriculture" and has the same image on both sides, with writing on the other two and the "VITA" logo on each box end. Old stock from the long closed plants on Willard and Catherine Streets in Baltimore, MD.  These are folded flat and were never used. They are in excellent unused condition. They came from the estate of famous dealer and friend, Bob Secrist.

The cyclamate ban started in 1969, and the "no cyclamates" mark was used for a few years after that. Excellent unused condition.
