Marked "Victory Brand U.S. No. 1 Louisiana Porto Rican Yams" "Simon Latour Carencro, Louisiana". This is a very early yam label from the WWI era (circa 1920). We acquired these from a long time label dealer on the west coast that we bought out. Excellent unused condition.

Click the picture to see a larger more detailed image. Vintage colorful picture of The Doors with Jim Morrison. Marked "Copyright 1986 Doors" around the rim, and from the late 1980s. It also says "Button-Up Co. 2011 Austin" (Please note - 2011 Austin Drive, Troy MI was their address, and the "2011" is often mistaken for the date - they are substantially older than that). These licensed types are very scarce, yet easy to identify by the licensing info on the side of the button. Most of the musical pinbacks that you see for sale on Ebay or other online sites are reproductions. These licensed types retail for much higher prices. We uncovered them very recently in an old vending warehouse here locally. Jim Morrison and the Doors, were of course, one of the most famous groups of all time. Excellent unused condition.

Great image of the Charles Lindberg Lone Eagle plane. He was one the most famous aviators of all time. These came from long time dealer Lorie Cairns who recently sold us her inventory. Lorie was one of the pioneers in this business, and we are thrilled to share her finds from years ago with you. Excellent unused condition.

Vintage 1 7/8" tall poster stamp. These are circa 1940 and say "Charity Football Stadium Nov. 25". These advertised charity football games that were in Cleveland, Ohio and are ungummed (none in the series were gummed).  Poster (also called Cinderella) stamps were issued as advertising, but not for postal purposes. Most of them, like these, are larger than regular stamps. They are widely collected. These are in excellent unused condition and are uncommon. They were found at the estate of a Cleveland stamp dealer.

Vintage 15mm diameter foiled back donut shaped sew on bead with holes for sewing on a garment. They are clear glass that has silver backing giving them the look of a mirror. Unusual. Sew ons in this shape and large size are downright rare. They are West German and from the 1950s. Unsold old stock from an old store up in the northeast we recently visited. Excellent unused condition. Prices are per bead. These are a steal at this price.

Vintage 5 3/4" long special postcard that was produced as part of "The Space Shuttle Collection" This was made in 1981 for the very first Spacelab mission. There were 34 that followed. The back says "The maiden Flight for the Spacelab Begins on Schedule as the Space Shuttle Lifts Away from Launch Pad 39A" "Photography by NASA". These are unsold stock in excellent unused condition.

Vintage 6 1/2 " tall 8 panel flyer. Mostly pictures of period people catching giant fish. There is a map on the back.  Says they would furnish you with maid service, meals, and lodging for $10 a day (Said that was the American price). Fishing guides and bait were extra. Pictures large catches of Trout, Walleyes and Northern Pike. The lodge was located in Nestor Falls, Ontario, Canada. Nice unused old stock in great condition from a friend up north who found them. Payable out of General County Fund." These aren't very common and they are really nice looking checks.
