#ZLT016 - Long Distance Tobacco Wrapper
Vintage Long Distance tobacco wrapper. Unused stock from the Scotten, Dillon Company, Detroit, Michigan. These are very early and beatiful stone lithos. Circa 1910. A large lot of old boxes and paper were found at the Scotten Dillon warehouse many years ago. We just picked up several different types from the guy who rescued them, and he let loose of some of the oldest ones that were found. They are very nice and in excellent condition. The entire label is 12" long and wrapped around a plug of tobacco. The image pictured showed up on the front and is about 4" wide.

#ZLT019 - Oceanic Plug Tobacco Wrapper
Vintage Oceanic Plug tobacco wrapper. Unused stock from the Scotten, Dillon Company, Detroit, Michigan. Circa 1910. Fantastic stone litho image of an ocean liner. This is one of the nicest images you will find in a tobacco wrapper and these are getting harder and harder to find. A large lot of old boxes and paper were found at the Scotten Dillon warehouse many years ago. We just picked up several different types from the guy who rescued them, and he let loose of some of the oldest ones that were found. They are very nice and in excellent condition. The entire label is 12" long and wrapped around a plug of tobacco. The image pictured showed up on the front and is about 4" wide.

They are unused old factory stock that was found at the Weisert Tobacco building in St. Lous, Missouri many years ago. Excellent condition. Rare label with a suggestive name. These are from the 1940s (WWII era) when metal rationing forced the tobacco companies to use cardboard boxes.

I haven't seen any other examples in this size. Marked "Big John Plug Cut" "Made by John Weisert Tobacco Co. St. Louis" They are unused old factory stock that in great shape, but they do show some minor paper aging and may have a tiny edge tear or bite.

Vintage Dan Patch tobacco wrapper. Unused stock from the Scotten, Dillon Company, Detroit, Michigan. Dan Patch was one of the most famous race horses in history. He was retired in 1909. Vintage Popular Plug tobacco wrapper. Unused stock from the Scotten, Dillon Company, Detroit, Michigan. Circa 1900. Basic tobacco plug label but the rarest and oldest of the Scotten Dillon labels. These are a little brittle, so be careful when handling. A large lot of old boxes and paper were found at the Scotten Dillon warehouse many years ago. We just picked up several different types from the guy who rescued them, and he let loose of some of the oldest ones that were found. They are very nice and in excellent condition. The entire label is 15 1/2" long and wrapped around a plug of tobacco. The image pictured showed up on the front and is about 4" wide.
