#ZZCE089 - Very Old Fonda, Johnstown & Gloversville Railroad Company Stock Certificate
Click the picture to see a large version of the entire image in detail. Vintage 11" wide unused stock certificate. Says "Fonda, Johnstown & Gloversville Railroad Company 190_". So, They are from some times just after 1900. Very uncommon. Excellent unused condition.

#BEADS0458 - Dark Jade Colored Dangler Beads with Metal Loop - As low as 10¢ each
Vintage 12mm (.5") tall dangler beads including the loop (beads themselves are 8mm). These are a very dark jade color and have brass loops. They were found in original packaging strung on wire. Packs were marked "Made in Japan" and are from the 1950s. Other than age patina on the metal, these are in perfect condition.
 
This is from our latest treasure hunt! From a warehouse of cabochons and beads! All were in original packaging and all are 50-90 years old.

#CC261 - Watermarked Letterhead from the Coca-Cola Harting Bros. Plant
Vintage 11" letterhead Marked "Coca-Cola Bottling Company Harting Bros., Inc. Linton, Indiana". 1960s disc and bottle logo. If you hold if up to the light there is a large watermark image of a disc that say "Drink Coca Cola". This is a scarce and very nice letterhead in near perfect unused condition. Old stock found at the plant.

#CC395 - Group of 4 Coca Cola Carton Insert Christmas Tags - Santa

The tags were inserted into cartons of Coke, and you could cut them out and use them as Christmas tags. Shows Santa riding in his sleigh" etc. They are in excellent unused condition.

#CH490 - Licensed Sheet of 6 Woody Woodpecker Magnets
Click the picture to see a larger more detailed image. Vintage 7" tall sheet has 6 Woody Woodpecker magnets on it. The sheet is market "Copyright Walter Lantz". The wrapper is marked "Woody Woodpecker and Friends" "Copyright Walter Lantz Licensed by Universal Studios". They are from around 1990 and are in excellent unused condition. We found them in a warehouse way up north.

#CH586  - Set of Four Different Disney Pencil Toppers

Vintage 2" tall Disney pencil toppers picturing Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Daisy Duck, and either Pluto or Goofy (our choice). You put them on the top of a pencil and the character waves around on a spring. These are unused old stock that we found at an old warehouse on the East Coast. They were in sealed bags and are in pretty much perfect condition. Colors vary. Circa 1970.

#DC230 - Group of 4 Rare Saleman Sample Milk Caps from the Piqua Cap Company

Inc., Piqua, Ohio". They picture Spades, Clubs Diamonds, and Hearts around the perimeter, and are from around the 1940s. They are in excellent unused condition. They came from the estate of the late Larry "The Bottleman" Johnson, who was a friend. Larry was a picker his whole life, and he will be missed by the antique community.

#TY380 - Deputy General Mirror Toy
Click the picture to see a larger more detailed image. Vintage 4" tall thick hard plastic mirror toy. One side has a cartoon deputy general kind of character pictured. He looks like a detective and has a sheriff's badge and medals of honor on like a general. He is riding a polka dot toy horse. His legs are sticking out the bottom with polka dot pants. Very unusual looking. The other side is a mirror. Unsold old store stock from around 1960. These are unusual and well made. They came from a long closed store that specialized in toys, sewing items, and novelties. They have a little dust and dirt on them, that will wipe clean with a wet rag.

#TY762 - Group of 12 Rubber Spider Gags in Original Packages - Made in Japan

They have a pin on the back so you can attach them to things. Marked "Made in Japan" and "Rubber Spider With Pin Attached" "Looks Real".  This is a fun gag that is still useful. We got these from our favorite toy warehouse in norther Ohio. Excellent unused condition.

All are in unused condition. The group includes a mixture of the following: 1964/65 New York World's Fair, Expo'74 Spokane World's Fair, Canada World's Fair, and the 1982 Knoxville World's Fair. All are well marked licensed postcards.

High Columbus, Ohio" "Prescriptions our Specialty". Note it also says "Sam C. Hahn, PH. G." That was the designation for someone who had completed a pharmacy degree many years ago. These are circa 1950. Old pharmacy stock in excellent unused condition. They came from the estate of the late Larry "The Bottleman" Johnson, who was a friend. Larry was a picker his whole life, and he will be missed by the antique community.

#BEADS0207 - Very Large Heavy Deep Ruby Colored Round Incised Handmade (Lampwork) Bead
Price is 25¢/bead. Vintage very large deep ruby colored handmade bead. They have a spiral incised on the surface. The size varies. Average size is nearly inch and a quarter in diameter, plus they are over a half inch thick. Because they were handmade (also known as lampwork beads), no two are alike. These are very uncommon. They were in a crate with made in Japan glass, so that would be our best guess. They are from the 1960s, or more likely, earlier. They are a bit dirty. Just rinse them off in water and they are in new unused condition.

They are in unused condition, and striking. Like most of the others in this find, so far as we can tell, there are no other examples of these to be found anywhere online, or anywhere else period. They were sold as hippie beads in the late 60s from a bead store near the Haight Ashbury area.

#BEADS0804 - Large Blue Frosted Translucent Glass Pear Shaped Czech Glass Drop Bead

These are very hard to find and very beautiful. They are from around the 1950s. They are unsold old stock in excellent unused condition that we found in remote storage in a store up in the northeast.

Click the picture to see a larger more detailed image. Vintage one quart Britelube oil display can. Cardboard and tin. Bright colors. Found at the Davis Refining Corp. in Tallahassee, Florida. 1 Quart cans are sealed empty. 5 1/2" tall. Excellent unused condition. Circa 1960s.

#BEADS0028 - Group of 12 8mm Tan Glass Japanese Millefiori Flower Beads
Click the picture to see a larger more detailed image. You get 12 for $1.20 (that's 10¢ each). Vintage 8mm tan glass Japanese Millefiori Flower Beads. The word "Millefiori" is Italian and means 1000 flowers. To make these flower patterns on the beads is labor intensive and requires hand cutting a hot cane of glass that has been patterned. These are unsold old stock from a warehouse on the West Coast. They were made in Japan and were imported in the late 1960s during the flower power hippie craze. They are all handmade and so the sizes will vary a little and they may not all be perfectly round. Excellent condition.

#BEADS0087 - Group of 20 Conglomerate Hippie Beads
7 1/2¢ per bead. Vintage very uncommon conglomerate beads made from concrete and clay. These were very popular Hippie Beads in the 1960s. You rarely see them offered. The sizes vary a lot. The ten pictured are typical and string out to about 3 1/2". They were used to make necklaces on their own in the day and look great that way, but were also used as spacers for large wooden beads like the ones we have listed. These are unsold old store stock that hasn't seen the light of day for over 40 years. These really have the period look to them and are very uncommon.

#CC327 - Group of 4 Ohio Art Metal Haddon Sundblum Santa Claus Coca Cola Coasters - Santa says Shhhhhhh

Vintage 3 1/2" diameter metal Coca Cola coasters with Haddon Sunblum Santa scenes on them. These were made for Coke by Ohio Art in 1983. They came from a Coke plant right here in Ohio, and are in excellent unused condition. NO FOREIGN ORDERS ON THIS ONE.

#CH542 - Licensed 1982 Batman Keychain Featuring Batman Running

These were merchandise for the 1982 Batman movie. Marked "Copyright DC Comics, Inc. 1982" "Button-Up" on both sides. These are uncommon. Vintage 1980s. We uncovered them very recently in an old vending warehouse here locally. Excellent unused condition.

The other side is a mirror. Unsold old store stock from around 1960. These are unusual and well made. They came from a long closed store that specialized in toys, sewing items, and novelties. They have a little dust and dirt on them, that will wipe clean with a wet rag.

#TY712 - Group of 12 Novelty Upper and Lower False Teeth - Made in Japan

Inside are 3 1/3" wide thin plastic "teeth" with brass grommets on each side that articulate if you pull the tops and bottoms apart. We discovered these in the warehouse of an old store up in northern Ohio. Unsold old store stock in excellent condition.

You did it underwater and squeeze it a few times it's full. Then it's ready for your victim. They are from the 1960s and a classic novelty from that era. Colors vary. We discovered these in the warehouse of an old store up in northern Ohio. They are unsold old store stock in never seen the light of day condition.

#ZZA277 - Ocean Park Penny Arcade Card Featuring Gabby Hayes, Johnny Mack Brown, Ken Maynard, and Bob Steele
Click the picture to see a larger more detailed image. This is a scarce Ocean Park Penny Arcade 4 in 1 card featuring Gabby Hayes, Ken Maynard, Johnny Mack Brown, and Bob Steele. All have printed signatures with sayings like Best Wishes. Excellent unused condition. Ocean Park was built in Santa Monica, CA in 1958 and closed in 1967, so these are from that time period. It was a very large park that was built to compete with Disneyland. However, city planners, in an effort to renew the area, demolished buildings and closed streets all around the park so people couldn't find there way in. Even though it was a huge park, it was forced to close it's doors and the contents were auctioned off in 1968. These cards are marked "Pacific Ocean Park Arcade 1¢" on the front and have a postcard back.
