These are paper flags with the same colorful illustration on both sides that say "Foresters of America" "Liberty Unity, Benevolence and Concord". Vintage 2" wide paper flag on 2 1/2" long metal pin for the Foresters of America. This was a benevolent fraternal organization that existed under this name from 1890 till 1969. It evolved from ancient European groups and also offered insurance to members. Over the years, the fraternal part of the organization was lost and it because what is now the Foresters Insurance Company! The flags are paper with some aging, and the pins have a little light rust, but these are in amazing condition for their age. These are very rare.
