These are beautiful vintage Dr. Lynas Hair Pomade They are 2" tall and went on a small jar. Circa 1900. Labels are from Logansport, IN and marked as such. These are uncommon and very pretty.

#ZLC242 - Appleton Bellflower Apple Crate Label
Vintage 10 1/2" wide Appleton Bellflower brand apple crate label. This is a very early (circa 1910s) version of this label. It is a spectacular stone litho picturing an art nouveau lady smelling a rose. This is just a terrific label. Unused stock from Borgovich & Dragovich in Watsonville, CA. Printer's mark is Olsen Bros. These are in excellent unused condition.

#ZLCA914 - Very Large and Beatiful Olney & Floyd Queen of the Meadow Sugar Corn Crate Label - New York
Click on the image to see the complete label (it is much larger than the small image pictured). 11 1/4" wide circa 1910 Queen of the Meadow Brand Sugar Corn label. These went on a wooden corn crate. Fantastic detailed image of the corn field with a lady headed out with a bucket. Very deeply colored and detailed stone image. Says "Guaranteed by Olney and Floyd under the Food and Drugs Act....1906". "Queen of the Meadow Brand Extra Quality Sugar Corn" "Oleny & Floyd Westernville, Oneida Co., N. Y.". Uncommon and in near perfect condition. These are amazing for framing. We got them from the estate of friend and dealer Bob Secrist.

Thomas" "Westfield, N.Y." . Circa 1910. These came from long time dealer Lorie Cairns who recently sold us her inventory. Lorie was one of the pioneers in this business and we are very grateful to her. Excellent unused condition. May show a typical minor age stain or imperfection here or there.

Vintage 1910 (dated) 12 3/4" tall stone lithograph print on thin cardboard featuring a lady in a fancy blue hat with pink flowers. Marked "The Gray Litho Co. NY." Illustrated by Knoefel with his signature mark. These are unused old stock that were donated to a museum that consequently went out of business and sold them! Excellent condition. These are incredibly beautiful.

#ZBOT416 - Dr. Lynas Queen Beauty Toilet Soap Bar Wrapper Label - Type 3 (Lady in Purple Dress) - As low as 75¢
Click the image to see the entire wrapper. Vintage 7" wide paper wrapper/label that went on a bar of soap. Beautiful embossed and gilded label pictures a victorian lady in purple with a fancy hat. They are marked "Guaranteed by Dr. J. G. Lynas and Son under the Food and Drug Act  June 30th, 1906. They are circa 1910 and in excellent unused condition. They can still be wrapped around a bar of soap and used in a country store display.

#ZLCA032 - Early Bess Milk Can Label
10" wide vintage evaporated milk label. Really nice stone litho image of a cow head with fancy old style print. These were found in a box under the stairs of an old cannery when it was being demolished. Scarce. Several types were found, but there weren't very many of these. Circa 1910s.

#ZLCA284 - Early Scarce O'Keeffe's Shamrock Brand Tomatoes Can Label
Click the picture to see a much larger more detailed image. Vintage large 14 1/2" wide can label from around 1910. Says "O'Keeffe's Shamrock Brand Tomatoes" "M. O'Keeffe Boston, Mass." "These Goods are For Sale in all of O'Keeffe's 100 Branch Stores". Repeating Shamrock image and a large tomato pictured.They have no weight designation which was required by Federal Law in 1913, so they are older than that. We acquired these from the estate of Zane Shaffer who was one of the largest long time dealers on the east coast. Excellent unused condition. You can see a little age stain on the back, but it doesn't bleed through to the front.

#ZLCA295 - Iona Peas Can Label - The Great Atlantic and Pacific Tea Co. - Indian
Click the picture to see a larger more detailed image. Vintage 11 1/2" wide "Iona Brand Peas" can label. Nice Indian image from the early 1900s. We have another similar Iona label listed. As you can see in the picture, this is a pretty variation. They have a stone litho picture of peas on the vine and an Indian. Marked "The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Co. Jersey City, New Jersey" "Guaranteed by the Great Atlantic and Pacific Tea Co., Inc. under the Food and Drugs Act June 30, 1906". They have no weight  markings and so were made between 1906 and 1910. They are in unused condition. We acquired these from a long time label dealer on the west coast that we bought out. Excellent unused condition.

We got them from the estate of friend and famous collector Bob Secrist.

#ZBOT146 - New England Vermont Maple Sap Syrup Label
Vintage 3 3/8" tall New England Vermont Syrup label that went on a 1 quart tin. These are circa 1910s and have a really pretty image of a New England farmhouse with cows and a horse drawn wagon. They are marked "New England Maple Syrup Co. Boston, Mass.", and are very uncommon. They all have some curling or minor rippling, but will flatten out well on a bottle or tin. These came from the estate of famed dealer and friend Bob Secrist.

Says "Kle-nup The Oil Man's Friend" "Cleans the Dirty Knee of the Barefooted Boy as well as the Calloused Hands of the Oil Field Worker". Super colorful. Circa 1910s. These came from long time dealer Lorie Cairns who recently sold us her inventory. Lorie was one of the pioneers in this business, and we are thrilled to share her finds from years ago with you. Excellent unused condition.

#ZLCA148 - Very Rare Large Saazer Bohemian Style Malt Syrup Can Label
Click on the image to see the incredible large image. Vintage very large 13 7/8" wide Saazer Brand Bohemian Style Malt Syrup can label that went on a 2 1/2 pound can. This is a very old rare label with a great image of a Bohemian girl carrying a basket of hops and other workers in the field. Circa 1910. It says "Pure Malt Syrup extracted from the choicest barley . It is highly nutritious and can be used to the greatest advantage as a liquid food for the aged, nursing mothers, children and infants. Easily digested, pleasant to take. Acts as a health builder. A trial will convince you. Distributed by MalVaz Extract Co. 3237 W. 26th Street Chicago Tel. Rockwell 0176. Excellent unused condition. You are not going to find these anywhere else.

Vintage rare 9 1/2" wide Lusterite Stove Enamel can label. Click the image to see the full image of the label. Circa 1910. Wonderful image of a period lady with her stoves. They say "Lusterite A Stove Enamel' "Makes your Stove Look like New". Says you painted on a thin coating with a brush and that it could be used on Iron Work and Automobiles too. The manufacturer was the "Right Polish Co. at 19 Jay St. New York". These are unused old stock in nice condition. We got these from the estate of the famous dealer and friend Bob Secrist.

#BEADS0643 - Very Old Green Czech Twisted Glass Beads - As low as 8¢ each
Vintage 7mm long twisted glass Czech bead. . These are very old pressed glass, and a little crude. This style was made from the turn of the century up into the 1920s. They are unsold old stock in excellent unused condition that we found in remote storage in a store up in the northeast.

Vintage heavily embossed and gilded 3 1/2" wide Fairy Cream label with neck label. These are fantastic (click the picture to see a larger image with all the details). They say "Eisemann's Fairy Cream" "No Ladies Toilet is without it" "A Delightful and beneficial Cream for Gentlemen to use after shaving" "Guaranteed.... Food and Drugs Act June 30th, 1906" etc. These are circa 1910. Phil Eisemann was one of the premier barbershop suppliers in the early part of the century and his items are widely collected. Excellent unused condition.

All that were ever found, including these, have some minor age discoloration and very minor bend marks you can hardly see. We acquired these from a long time label dealer on the west coast that we bought out. Excellent unused condition.
