Vintage 9 3/4" wide Troy Brand Evaporated Milk label. Says "The Best Old Bossy's Got" and is dated 1921. Pictures the silhouette of a farmer herding cows. These are unused old stock that were found under the stairs in the old cannery. Marked United Milk Products Cleveland, Ohio.

#ZLCA153 - Uncommon Lassiter Fancy Home Packed Corn-Tomatoes Can Label
Click on the image to see larger image. Vintage 11" wide can label.  These are unused old stock made by the J. J. Lassiter Cherokee Cannery in Cedartown, Georgia in the 1920 (printers mark is 1926). Really colorful stone litho picturing people at a cabin in the woods on a lake. Excellent unused condition and uncommon. Very  pretty one.

Click the picture to see a larger more detailed image. Vintage 11 1/4" wide Clover Farm Green Beans can label. These are heavily embossed and gilded stone litho images from around the 1920s. One side pictures a good size bumblebee on a large clover. The other side pictures beans. Says "Clover Farm Brand Small Green Beans" "Clover Farm Stores Cleveland, Ohio". They are unused old factory stock in nice shape. We got these from the estate of the famous dealer and friend Bob Secrist.

#ZLS173 - Rare Myopia Club Raspberry Soda Bottle Label - Different Indian
4 1/2" wide vintage circa 1920s Myopia Club Raspberry Soda label. This is a very nice vintage gilded stone litho label picturing an Indian in full headress (different Indian than the Myopia Cherry we have elsewhere in the catalog). A small lot of these were found in an old soda plant in Islington, MA a long time ago and they are very hard to come by. They are in excellent unused condition. We got them from the estate of friend and famous collector Bob Secrist.

Beautiful deeply colored stone litho. this is an older version from around the 1920s. Marked "C. D.  Pruner" "Exeter California". These came from long time dealer Lorie Cairns who recently sold us her inventory. Lorie was one of the pioneers in this business and we are very grateful to her. Excellent unused condition.

#SOZ085 - Extremely Early Rare Whistle and Vess Beverages Whizzer Giveaway - Bakelite and Celluloid
Vintage 2 3/8" long whizzer toy that say "Whistle and Vess Beverages". The company only existed under this name between 1926 and 1928. At that time Vess went bankrupt and was brought back again later as it's own brand. These are the only know examples. The tops are celluloid, and the bottoms colored bakelite. The little metal whizzer parts inside don't work any more, but there is little rust. Excellent condition. I pictured both colors. If you prefer one or the other, let us know in the comments section. Brightly colored with a stone litho image of a big bowl of pork and beans with a large chunk of bacon. Also pictures the factory. Marked "L. Klein Halsted, 14th and Liberty Chicago". We got them from the estate of friend and dealer Bob Secrist.

Vintage 4 " tall Bohemian Ginger Ale label. Unused old stock from the Bohemian Ginger Ale Company that was located in Oakland, CA. This is a beautiful scarce colorful old stone litho. There are collectors of all things "Bohemian" and this is an uncommon label. Circa 1920s.

#BEADS0601 - Group of 15 Roaring 20s Citron Colored Sew-On Beads
You will get 15 for $1.00 (less than 7¢ each). Vintage little 3.5mm sew on beads. These are a light clear citron color. The backs are foiled, and they have two holes for sewing. They are from the 1920s or earlier and are a little crude if you look close. They are Czech. Uncommon color. They are unsold stock from an old warehouse up in the northeast. Excellent unused condition.

#ZLB016 - Broom Label Picturing the SS Atlantic
Vintage 5" tall colorful vintage broom label picturing the SS Atlantic. Nice old one. Circa 1920s. The SS Atlantic was a famous steamship of the White Star Line that wrecked off the coast of Nova Scotia in March of 1873. It was the worst marine disaster in Canada in the nineteenth century. Over 500 lives were lost. Labels have some curling, but will straighten right out if you put them in a book overnight.

11 1/4" wide vintage label. Heavily embossed and gilded stone litho. Beautiful. These labels are unused stock that was found in the long closed factory in Newark, New York many years ago. I found a printers inspection tag between some of the labels that is dated April of 1927. This one is the 1 pound 4 ounce size. Excellent condition.

Vintage 8 1/2" wide inner cigar box label. Heavily embossed and gilded. Abe Martin was a cartoon character created by Kin Hubbard. He was very popular in the 1920s which was likely when these labels were made. Unused stock in nice condition.

Vintage 8" wide embossed and gilded inner cigar box label from around the 1920s. Not a real common one. Fantastic detailed image of the Dime Bank building in Detroit, MI as it looked at that time. Pictures people and cars around the building and gilded coins around the logo. Nice unused condition. Lithographer mark on it is Consolidated Lithographing of Brooklyn, NY.
