The backs are marked "Copyright 1993 Universal Studios, Inc. and Amblin Entertainment, Inc." "The Flinstones and Flintstones characters are trademarks and copyrighted by Hanna-Barbera Productions, Inc.". These are not real common. They came from a long closed warehouse in the Chicago area. We uncovered them very recently. Excellent unused condition.

#CH326-19 - William Boyd (first appearance as Hopalong Cassidy - 1935) Eagle's Brood Poster/Broadside
Vintage 12" tall paper movie poster/broadside from the 1935 movie "Eagle's Brood" starring William Boyd. This is a rare item and was the first appearance of WIlliam Boyd as Hopalong Cassidy. Back in the day, when a new movie was going to play at the local theatre, there would be a guy who would run around town tacking these things on bulletin boards, telephone poles, fence posts, or anyplace else where they might be seen. Because most were outdoors, few have survived. Some will have small edge tears or roughness, but this is true of all paper movie broadsides, and they can easily be trimmed for framing. Although, a few small imperfections kind of adds to the look with these. Colors vary. We got them from the estate of famous dealer and friend Bob Secrist. He found them in the storage area of an old theatre up in Northeast Ohio.

#CH291 - Group of 3 Leo Carrillo Postcards
Click the picture to see a larger more detailed image. You get 3 for $3 (that's $1 each). Vintage 5 1/2" tall postcard of Leo Carrillo. These came from a collector who hoarded them a long time ago. They are marked "Western Art Post Card Co.". There is a spot on the reverse for a stamp. These are very uncommon and we are very pleased to have found them for you. Leo Carrillo appeared in over 90 films and is best known for his role as the sidekick pancho in the TV series the Cisco Kid. These are from around the mid 1950s and are in excellent unused condition.

Vintage 13" tall paper movie poster/broadside from the 1951 Johnny Weissmuller movie, "Fury of the Congo". Johnny Weissmuller was very famous as an olympian and then in his movie role as Tarzan. In this movie he played "Jungle Jim". It was part of a series of Jungle Jim movies he did that were very popular. It says that the "Amazon Beauties Lead Johnny Into HIs Strangest Battles".
