#DA059 - Seasons Greeting Pamphlet from the San-a-Pure Dairy in Findlay, Ohio
Vintage 6" tall "Seasons Greetings" four page pamphlet. On the inside, they say "San-a-Pure Products" "We send seasons greetings and warmest thanks to you, our most appreciated customer and friend. Then there is a place for a signature that says "Your Milkman". The dairy was in Findlay, Ohio and they have a date code of 1968. They are in excellent unused condition.

#DA075 - Colorful Large Ad Sheet Offering a Deal from the Riverside Dairy
Vintage 8 1/2" tall paper ad sheet. These are from the 1950s and advertise a fancy plastic wastebasket you could get cheap if you bought a quart of Chocolate Milk, Orange Drink, Buttermilk, and a pound of Cottage Cheese from the Riverside Dairy in Cardington, Ohio. This is from the day when plastic was the new fashion thing. It says lightweight, chip-proof, durable, noiseless, and deluxe quality. This is a sheet the milkman left with your bottles. Says "Your Driver-salesman will deliver this great buy on his next call". You filled out the coupon and left it with your milk bottles, and it says you would get a "Basket of Dairy Values on your next Delivery". These are in nice unused condition.

#DA097  - Quality Chekd Dairy Foods Cloth Patch
Click the picture to see a larger more detailed image. Vintage 3 3/4" wide cloth patch from the Quality Chekd Dairies Inc. organization in Lisle, Illinois. They are in excellent unused condition. 1970s. We found an unopened bag of them. There was a tag in there identifying them as having been made by National Emblem in Los Angeles. These are unused old stock found at the plant are in great condition.

#DC189 - Gribler Dairy Orange Drink Milk Bottle Cap
Click the picture to see a larger more detailed image. Vintage 42mm diameter cap from around the 1930s. Colorful deco style. Says "Gribler Dairy Orange Drink" "Van Wert, Ohio". These came from the estate of famous dealer and friend Bob Secrist, who had one of the best milk bottle cap collections in the country. Excellent unused condition.

#HH101 - Large Diecut Mechanical Valentine with Boy at Piano with Envelope
Please click the picture to see a larger more detailed image. Vintage 9" tall mechanical valentine with a boy playing love songs at the piano. The girls head swivels on a brass grommet. Nice condition. The picture is set against the original envelope which is included.   From a long closed factory that made them in the 1950s. Very colorful. These days it will cost you $5 to buy a new good quality oversize card with the envelope like this. These are a real bargain.

Vintage 3 1/2" tall rocking chair with pincushion for seat in illustrated box. Very detailed. Circa 1960s. These are unsold old stock that we found at an old distributorship in Boston.

#MS160 - 1910 Victorian Print - Lady in Blue Hat with Pink Flowers

Vintage 1910 (dated) 12 3/4" tall stone lithograph print on thin cardboard featuring a lady in a fancy blue hat with pink flowers. Marked "The Gray Litho Co. NY." Illustrated by Knoefel with his signature mark. These are unused old stock that were donated to a museum that consequently went out of business and sold them! Excellent condition. These are incredibly beautiful.

#MS328 - Enesco Precious Moments Ceramic Pencil Cup - Girl with Flowers - Original Box
Click the picture to see a larger more detailed image. Vintage large 4/1/4" tall Ceramic Pencil Holder says "Smile Along the Way" and pictures a girl with flowers. The bottom is marked "Precious Moments by Enesco Girl Copyright 1996".  The boxes have all the same info of them and are illustrated with little angels on a cloud. Perfect unopened and unused condition. NO FOREIGN ORDERS.

#MS330 - Pair of Surfer's Cross Water Decals

This symbol was known as the Iron Cross, and then in the 1960s became known as the surfer's cross. These are the old originals and could be used on an old motorcycle or bike still. Unsold old store stock in excellent unused condition.

#PC100 - Group of 12 Super Colorful Peanut Shoppes Bags
Click the picture to see a larger more detailed image. You get 12 for $9 (that's 75¢ each). Vintage 8 1/2" tall paper bag with inner glassine lining. These are very brightly colored and nice. Pictures a clown pointing to the name "Peanut Shoppes". This was a national chain back in the 1950s when these bags were made. They say "Roasted Daily Always Fresh Imported and Domestic Nut Meats" "Peanut Shoppes in all the Principal Cities of the U.S.A.". These are old store stock in excellent unused condition. The paper is very slightly wavy. That is the way they were made.

#PL098 - Blue and Red Nixon Agnew Pinback
Vintage 1 1/8" diameter blue and red Nixon Agnew pinbacks. These are from the 1972 campaign and are marked "The Committee to Re-elect the President". Nice shape. May have some slight scratches. Nearly all tin pinbacks have slight scratches due to just bumping into each other in the boxes they were put in when they were made.

#PL199 - Jerry L. Pettis Congressman Letterhead

Vintage 10 1/2" tall sheet with Jerry L. Pettis Congress of the United States letterhead. Jerry L. Pettis was a congressman in California in the 1960s and 70s. He came to national attention in 1974 when he died unexpectedly in an airline crash. A special election was held and his wife, Shirley Neil Pettis, won and replaced him. These are official letterheads from his estate that were never used.

#PL372 - Jimmy Carter Postcard Celebrating the 1977 Inauguration
Click the picture to see a larger more detailed image of both sides. Vintage 6" tall postcard pictures Carter with an American flag and says "President Jimmy Carter 39th President, United States". The reverse has a place for a stamp and says "President Jimmy Carter inaugurated January 20, 1977 as 39th President of the United States". Also marked that they were made by the Continental Card Company. Excellent unused condition.

#SIGN065 - Seven Seas Pipe Tobacco Sign
14” wide paper sign advertising Seven Seas pipe tobacco. They used to post these kinds of signs in store windows. These are unused old stock from the defunct Weisert Tobacco Co. in St. Louis, MO. They are in great unused condition and circa 1940s.

#SIGN170 - Rare Early B.P.O.E. Elks Lodge "Hello Bill" Flag Pin - As low as $1 each

Click the picture to see a larger more detailed image. Vintage 2" long paper flag on a 2 1/2" wide metal pin for the B.P.O.E. Elks with the traditional "Hello Bill" greeting. The greeting started in 1897 at the Elks National Reunion in Minneapolis, and these are from around that time period. Back in the day, when a visitor came, they told them to go talk to Brother Billy Goddard which is how it all started. From there it spread to Elk lodges all over the country where it has become a traditional greeting. These early ones are very rare and in great shape for their age.

#SIGN207 - Large Diecut Diner Sign of a Sundae Glass Filled with Strawberry Ice Cream - As low as 50¢ each
Click the picture to see a larger more detailed image. Buy 4 or more and the price drops to 50¢ each. Vintage large 14 3/4" tall diecut paper sign that was made for use in diners. It pictures a large fancy Sundae Glass filled with Strawberry Ice Cream. They are unused old stock found in Pennsylvania. They were found at a distributor still in their shipping boxes dated 1953. These are as 1950s as you can get.

#SOZ062  - Early Diet Pepsi/Pepsi Sample Size Cup
Vintage 2 3/4" tall waxed Pepsi Cola cup. It has the old "Taste that beats the others cold" which dates it to between 1968 and 1969. It says "Enjoy Pepsi-Cola Either Way" and has a regular Pepsi logo on one side and a Diet Pepsi logo on the other (both sides pictured). These aren't real common.

#TOP021 - Master Carton for Insert Tobacco Tins
Vintage 9" tall unused cardboard master carton. Pictures Insert Tobacco tins on the sides and says they were made to contain one dozen of the 5¢ size. Marked "John Weisert Tobacco Co. St. Louis, MO". Empty and folded flat. They have perforations so the box could be split into two counter displays, Somehow the contents of this defunct factory ended up at an auction house in Felicity, Ohio a number of years ago. We bought most of it, but it ended up burning in our warehouse fire a few years ago. We still had a small stack of these sitting around the house.

#TY392 - Group of 12 Magnet Toys (Cracker Jack) - Japan
Click the picture to see a larger more detailed image. You get 12 for $4.20 (that's 35¢ each). Vintage 1950s toy magnet wrapped in a 1" tall illustrated paper package. The front says "Magnet". The reverse says "Made in Japan". These are old store stock. Identical ones have been found in boxes of Cracker Jacks from the 1950s. The package and contents are pictured. They come in the package. Unsold old store stock in excellent condition (minor paper bleed through). They came from a long closed store that specialized in toys, sewing items, and novelties.

#TY554 - Crystal Eye Mrs. Santa Claus Doll Mask
These were part of a fad in the 1960s and 1970s.  Kleenex had a promotion where you sent away for parts like this and they showed you how to make a doll. This one was just the head. There were several variations. People used this one to make Mrs. Santa Claus. These heads are about 4" tall and made of a rubbery plastic material that is bendable. The eyes are three dimensional plastic and sparkly (the carton they were in said doll masks with crystal eyes). I found them sealed in their original cellophane wrapping and they are in excellent like new condition. I'm sure you doll collectors out there will know more about these. We just found these in a warehouse very near here we have been trying to get in for 20 years!

#TY666 - Group of 12 Envelopes Filled with 6 Comical Flash Bulletins - Made in Japan

They are all corny humor, mostly (but not all) risque. For example, "Pretty Girl hitch-hiked to city yesterday - says she was picked up several times - but most of the DRIVERS didn't GO FAR ENOUGH". Envelopes are marked "Flash Bulletin" and "Made in Japan". Classic 1950s humor. Excellent unsold condition. We found these in remote storage at an old store up in northern Ohio.
