Click the picture to see a larger more detailed image. Vintage 7" tall cardboard vending display card that were used with four marbleized plastic rings with monster heads on them. We used to have the rings, but ran out a long time ago. Each card has perforations for 4 rings. Monsters and "Finks" were popular in the 60s, so they called them "Monster Finks". My now grown son and I found these when he was a little boy and we went to the auction of the AAA vending company in downtown Cincinnati. They are from the 1960s are very neat looking. This is the last of them. AAA was the manufacturer and distributor of the rings and they would push them around Halloween around the mid 1960s. Excellent never used condition.

#CH314 - Television Network Press Releases and Star Biographies
Price is $2.50 each. Here's something very unusual.  We bought a collection of TV memorabilia from a fellow that contained a lot of Television Network Press Releases and Star Biographies  These are all studio and file copies.  Some have notes written on them. There are many different and I didn't see any duplicates.  The ones in the picture are a Jonathan Winters biography with the NBC logo telling about him in 1964. Another is a bio about Dan Rowan and Dick Martin from NBC in 1968.  The third is from Warner Brothers and is a Patty Duke bio from 1973.  They are typical, although there are a few actors in there I've never heard of, but not many.  It's potluck.  No special requests.  They are mostly from the 1960s and 70s, but I did see a few from the 1950s and early 80s. Some of these have to be worth some serious money.  I saw one in there from Rod Serling and the Twilight Zone.  You will get a totally random selection with no duplicates, so that it is fair for everyone.  These were kept in files and so are in great shape, but some have writing on them where network executives were making notes.  This is a very unusual find.

#CH326-29 - Gene Autry Mule Train Movie Poster/Broadside
Click the picture to see a larger more detailed image. Vintage 13" tall paper movie poster/broadside from the 1950 movie "Mule Train" starring Gene Autry and "Champion World's Wonder Horse". This was a popular movie back in the day. Please click the picture to see a more detailed image. Back in the day, when a new movie was going to play at the local theatre, there would be a guy who would run around town tacking these things on bulletin boards, telephone poles, fence posts, or anyplace else where they might be seen. Because most were outdoors, few have survived. Some will have small edge tears or roughness, but this is true of all paper movie broadsides, and they can easily be trimmed for framing. Although, a few small imperfections kind of adds to the look with these. Colors vary. We got them from the estate of famous dealer and friend Bob Secrist. He found them in the storage area of an old theatre up in Northeast Ohio.

#CH326-37 - Murder on Lenox Ave Movie Poster Broadside - "100% Colored All Star Cast"
Click the picture to see a larger more detailed image. Vintage 12 1/2" tall paper movie poster/broadside from the 1941 movie "Murder on Lenox Ave".  This was billed as having a "100% Colored All Star Cast" and featured many famous black actors of the day. Please click the picture to see a more detailed image.
