#CS504 - Full Box of Soft Spun Sanitary Tissues
Vintage 4 3/4" wide full box of tissues. This size was made to be portable for your purse or maybe a large coat pocket. They are marked "Soft Spun Sanitary Tissues" "Stevens & Thompson Paper Co. Greenwich, N. Y.". Soft Spun Sanitary Tissues were trademarked in 1939, so they are likely from the 1940s. Nicely illustrated box shows uses on one side, and has a perforated opening on the other. We acquired these from the estate of Zane Shaffer who was one of the largest country store dealers on the East Coast. Excellent unused condition.
