#MS296 - Super Kash Gambling Packets

Each one contains 7 numbered tickets and some were winners. These were sold at bars all over the country back in the day before they were outlawed as illegal gambling. These are from the 1940s (WWII era) and have a guy pictured counting his money in patriotic red, white, and blue colors.  Unused stock that probably got stored away when they became illegal.

The blue color is Cloisonné.  These are remnants from an old dealership, and were never used.  They are very well made heavy metal with screw on backs.  They are marked "Japan" and are from the 1950s. The bottom is marked "New York Show Girl - Broadway". My understanding is that this was a print of Adele Richie who was the prima donna of comic opera around this time period. Says "Particular People Prefer Read-Benzol Cleaning" and has a 4 digit phone number. Read-Benzol is an old company that has been in Akron, Ohio since around 1910. These are likely from the 1920/30s. They are in excellent unused condition. These came from the estate of famous collector and friend Bob Secrist.
