The sheet has four passes on it that have lines where you can peel them off. They were used by OTTO as samples and would be a great Tom Petty item to frame as they are very colorful and very uncommon.

Large 19mm  (.8") wide pointy foiled back half moon shaped rhinestone. These are crystal clear with a silver base and many facets. Packages were marked "West Germany", and "Crystal". They are from the 1950s. Excellent, never seen the light of day condition, from original packages.

Unsold old early 1960s store stock we recently recovered from a warehouse in Northeast Ohio. Excellent condition.

Vintage circa 1940s cork lined Nehi Red soda cap. You get 10 for $2.00 (that's 20¢ each). This is a scarce collector cap. Found at the Nehi Royal Crown Bottling Company in Stamps, Arkansas. The silver part of the caps has tarnished, but I've never seen any that haven't. Perfect condition otherwise. Every bottle collector that has one of the bottles needs these caps, and they are very hard to find.

This issue also has stories and gossip about The Pretenders, The Alarm, Femme Violence, Thomas Dolby, and many others. RockBill was a competitor of Rolling Stone magazine from about 1982 till 1988. They covered all the major groups and the magazines are now widely collected. They are 8 3/8" tall and full color throughout. These are unsold old store stock that was never sold. They are rarely found in this kind of condition.

It says you had to enter by December 1998. Nice shape.
