These passes are 3 3/4" wide, cloth, OTTO, backstage passes for the 1990 MDA Telethon, hosted by Jerry Lewis. This telethon was for Muscular Dystrophy Association, and aired on Labor Day weekend for six decades. The MDA Telethon was the first telethon to raise over $1 million and be shown entirely in color, and has broken several other records. Some of the participants in 1990 were Dolly Parton, Alabama, Ray Charles, The Commodores, Bill Cosby, Gloria Estefan, The Four Tops, Aretha Franklin, Hulk Hogan, Naomi Judd, and many more.

This vintage 4 1/2" tall OTTO cloth All Access pass is from the CenterStage, OnStage! event at the Twin Towers, that began in June 2001 and ran through late August (with performances that were scheduled through September). Unfortunately this event came to an early end as tragedy struck on 9/11/2001. This event was scheduled to be four months of free entertainment with more than 100 outdoor performances scheduled, and featured artist such as Janis Ian, Odetta, Herman's Hermits, Billy Gilman and Terri Clark, Ken Navarro and Walter Beasley, and more. This series was also featured the 9th Annual Children's Day with guests Rosanne Cash, Dan Zanes, and a performance for the beloved children's show, "Arthur". This was the 15th season of the CenterStage series. Excellent, unused condition.

A huge party was held which was more of a rave that included performances by Boy George, Grace Jones, Paul Oakenfold, and others. These are a piece of political history. Colors vary. Super rare vintage large 8 5/8" tall paper label that went on the front of the Madonna 1993 Itinerary book for the 1993 tour (September 20th to November 14th, 1993). A very small number of spiral bound books were produced for the band and crew members on each tour that included their tour dates, venues, hotels, etc. They are super rare because very few of the books were ever made. These are some extra labels that went on the front of the books. Very unusual and rare item. Excellent unused condition.

These licensed types are very scarce, yet easy to identify by the licensing info on the side of the button. Most of the musical pinbacks that you see for sale on Ebay or other online sites are reproductions. These licensed types retail for much higher prices. Excellent unused condition.

Click the picture to see a larger more detailed image. Vintage 4 1/2" diameter Grateful Dead sticker/decal. These are high quality art decals that were made for car windows. I peeled the cover off for the picture. They are in mint condition and can still be used. This one is features a vibrant psychedelic tree with a rainbow. Early 1990s. Excellent unused condition.

These Grateful Dead stickers/decals are old tour merchandise. I found them wrapped in plastic in boxes in master cases. They came from a distributor who sold them to tour vendors. The condition is pristine and they still will work as a car decal or window/mirror sticker. We found them packed away in storage boxes dated 1992 (many are older than that) and 1995 (year Jerry Garcia died). They are high quality artist renderings of Grateful Dead themes. Back in the day, the Dead did not monitor copyrights and that sort of thing, and in fact, at one point encouraged artists to do designs. The LA times explained it well “The Grateful Dead was famously lax in enforcing it’s intellectual property rights and trademarks, allowing fans to create their own designs using the band’s expansive iconography”. Since there was no serious monitoring or much concern back then, a lot of up and coming artists got involved in designing them. This is how some of them got their starts. Some of the sticker artists who designed these stickers went on to produce official licensed works for the Grateful Dead and other famous groups. These stickers include some by now famous designers including David Opie, and others. These 1995 and older stickers are very hard to find anymore.

They are in mint condition and can still be used. This is a very early one. It is from around the mid 80s or earlier. It features a skeleton on a camel with roses, and says "Egypt". These are about the Grateful Dead Egypt Tour which happened in 1978.

The decal features all sorts of Grateful Dead art like the moon and roses, skulls, keyholes, and all sorts of stuff. These were packed with the Egypt tour decals dating them all the way back to around 1978. Excellent unused condition.
