#DA097  - Quality Chekd Dairy Foods Cloth Patch
Click the picture to see a larger more detailed image. Vintage 3 3/4" wide cloth patch from the Quality Chekd Dairies Inc. organization in Lisle, Illinois. They are in excellent unused condition. 1970s. We found an unopened bag of them. There was a tag in there identifying them as having been made by National Emblem in Los Angeles. These are unused old stock found at the plant are in great condition.

#DA023 - Paper Milk Bottle Carrier
Including the handle, these are a full 13" tall. They fold open and and were made to hold two quart milk bottles. Says "Half Gallon - Enjoy the convenience of two single containers". Neat graphics. Unused dairy stock from the 1950s. Nice condition. We had a bunch of these a lot of years ago and they sold really well at shows when we put them out with a couple of quart milk bottles in them.

#ZLCA032 - Early Bess Milk Can Label
10" wide vintage evaporated milk label. Really nice stone litho image of a cow head with fancy old style print. These were found in a box under the stairs of an old cannery when it was being demolished. Scarce. Several types were found, but there weren't very many of these. Circa 1910s.

10" wide vintage evaporated milk label. Beautifull image of a cow head with fancy old style print. Copyright date marked on it is 1912, and they are probably from around that time period. They were found in a box under the stairs of an old cannery when it was being demolished.

#DA090  - Green Spot Free Sample Orange Drink Milk Bottle Carrier Insert
Click the picture to see a larger more detailed image. Vintage 6 1/8" tall thin cardboard insert that the milkman would put in your milk bottle carrier with a free sample of Green Spot Orange Drink. Very colorful. The front says "Please Try This Free Sample" "Green Spot Orange Drink" "From Tree Ripened Fruit" "Bottled and handled just like milk by the Dairy Truck that Serves You". Reverse has a stylized milkman with a wire carrier holding up a bottle of milk and has checkboxes to order Green Spot and how often to have it delivered. 1950s. Unused old stock found in great condition.

#DA105 - Rare Dari-Rich Milk Bottle Collar Featuring a Teacher and Student
Click the picture to see a larger more detailed image. These are very rare. Vintage 2 1/4" tall paper collar that slides down to fit on a milk bottle (milk bottle not included!). Both sides of the collar are pictured. Pictures a teacher instructing a student about their chocolate drink on one side. The other side shows their chocolate milk bottle and says "Delicious Dari-Rich Chocolate Drink" and has lots of other advertising. Circa 1940. They have a little very minor typical paper aging. Unused old stock in excellent condition. They came from the estate of the late Larry "The Bottleman" Johnson, who was a friend. Larry was a picker his whole life, and he will be missed by the antique community.

Brightly colored boxes picture ice cream, and recipes to make an ice cream cake dollhouse, how to use it A-La-Mode, how to make a mello-cream soda, and how to make a Fairy Ring sponge cake using the ice cream. They have a printers date on them of 1969. They came from the estate of the late Larry "The Bottleman" Johnson, who was a friend. Larry was a picker his whole life, and he will be missed by the antique community.

#DA064 - Group of 5 Different Riverside Dairy Cream Can Tags
Set of 5 different (that's 40¢ each) vintage 3 3/4" wide cream can tags from the Riverside Dairy in Cardington, Ohio. Every one is marked "Riverside Dairy 329 East Main St. Cardington, Ohio". One is for "3.5% Homogenized", one for "Ice Cream Mix 12% BUtterfat", one for ""Imitation Ice Cream Mix 6% Butterfat", one for "Ice Cream Mix 10% Butterfat", and the last one has the Riverside info and a place to write in the mix. They went on those big metal cream cans. They are from the 1950s and in excellent unused condition.

#DA065 - Rare Krim-Ko Milk Bottle Hanger
Vintage 9" tall paper bottle hanger advertising sheet. Milk bottle hangers of any type are rare, and this is a good one. It has a circular area cut at the top so it could be placed over a milk bottle. The idea was that you would see the ad on your milk bottles and, by just checking a box, your local milk man would deliver the Krim-Ko Chocolate with your regular milk bottle delivery. Nice graphics as you can see. Says "Little ones need breakfast, too, and it's so easy when it's hot chocolate made the quick serve way with Dairy Chocolate". Goes on to talke about how easy and healthful hot chocolate is. Actaully says "For their Health's Sake". This was a local find at the Riverside Dairy in Cardington, Ohio. They are marked KRIM-KO on the bottom right where there is a 1956 printers code. They are excellent unused condition.

The orange spot on the hanger folds out so it could slide on top of an orange drink (Milk Bottle). They have a reminder to order and a box to tell the milkman how many bottle you wanted. They are unmarked but came from the Riverside Dairy in Cardington, Ohio. Excellent unused condition and from the 1950s.

Vintage straw in wrappers that advertise the Knapp Avenue Creamery that was in the Detroit, Michigan area. These are pretty old ones. The straws inside are the thick heavy cardboard type with a red stripe running around them. Circa 1940s. Unused old stock from the Detroit area.

#DA068 - Riverside Dairy Milk Bottle Holder Pocket Stuffer - Advertises Free Compass RIng for Kids

They are marked "Riverside Dairy Chocolate Milk" "Hey Kids" "Special Offer" "Compass Ring Free with your purchase of one quart". THese are from the 1950s. It has a place to mark which days to bring your milk and how many quarts of chocolate you wanted with a free compass ring. These were found at the Riverside Dairy in Cardington, Ohio and are in excellent unused condition.

#DA063 - Anamosa Ho-Lot Ice Cream Box
Vintage 3" tall scarce and colorful Anamosa Ice Cream box from the 1920s. Says "Ho-Lot for 5¢" "Anamosa's Ice Cream" "Anamosa Creamery Co. Iowa". These are nice. They are in excellent unused condition, and came from the estate of famous dealer and friend, Bob Secrist.
