#CA028 - U.S. Royal Fleetway Truck Tire Drink Coaster
Vintage 4" diameter U.S. Fleetway Royal Tire Drink Coaster. From what I've been able to find out, U.S. Royal Fleetway truck tires were first made in the 1940s, and since they say "the all-new", they are from that time period. They are unused and in very nice condition. Thick cardboard. Uncommon truck collectible. These are the only examples I've ever seen.
$1.00
#CA020 - Group of Three Full Boxes of Jiggers Soldering Kits
You get three for $3 (that's $1.00 each). Full boxes of after market soldering kits that were made in the 1950s for Chevrolet, Chevy Truck, Cadillac, Caddy, Oldsmobile/Olds, Buick, GMC Truck, Ford Flathead V-8, Model A T, MOPAR (Chysler, Plymouth, Dodge and DeSoto), Hudson, Kaiser-Frazer, Nash, Packard, Studebaker, and Willys-Jeep. Each vintage 1 7/8" square box contains 6 "jiggers". You pinched of the top, inserted spliced wires into the jigger, lit it with a match, and presto the wires were soldered together. The box showed that they originally sold for 35¢ each. Unused old stock found in an old car repair shop.
$3.00

You get the pair for $6 (that's $3 each). Vintage one quart oil cans. They are made of cardboard with metal tops and bottoms. The tops have a slot to put your change in. Circa 1960s. Since oil containers went to plastic, these older cardboard cans have gotten really popular with collectors. These are old factory stock in nice unused condition.
$6.00
#CA010 - Group of 4 Union Pacific Overland Route Toothpicks in Wrappers
You get 4 for $1 (that's 25¢ each). 3" wide toothpick packages says Union Pacific The Overland Route and has the old Union Pacific logo on it. Each wrapper contains two toothpicks. These came from a fellow who used to buy old stock out of the Union Pacific commissary in the 1970s, and so they are in excellent unused condition. We're estimating they are from the 1950s, but by the looks of the box, they could be even older. These are the only examples we've ever seen of these and the Overland Route was discontinued in 1971, so they should be a pretty good item for resale.
$1.00

They are about the same size as a playing card and were clear coated with a sealer like playing cards that has kept them in excellent condition.
