Vintage 5 1/4" tall OTTO cloth backstage pass from the "May 8, 1982" "B. B. King & Etta James" "New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival". These are early OTTO passes with the OTTO mark on the front and blank backs. Excellent unused condition.

Click the picture to see a larger more detailed image. You get approximately 200 Beads for $8 (4¢ each). Vintage temporary strands of translucent 5mm red Cherry Brand Japanese beads. These were made by hand using old techniques. They are 1940s Cherry Brand (company only existed from 1946 - 1951). Cherry Brand was considered the highest quality Japanese bead maker. This is a fresh find we made from a dealer in New York who originally purchased them in the 1940s. These are very hard to find, very nice, and have never seen the light of day. Dust them off and they are in perfect condition.

They have a five digit phone number and are circa the 1940s. Excellent unused condition. They came from the estate of the late Larry "The Bottleman" Johnson, who was a friend. Larry was a picker his whole life, and he will be missed by the antique community.

This is a super rare Little Richard "Local Crew" pass that was used in 1991 after seven members of Reba McEntire's band and her tour manager were killed in a plane crash on March 16, 1991. It is a call out to Reba and says "Have Mercy Reba 1991 !!!". They are in excellent unused condition.

Says "Dref's Headache Powders for Headache and Neuralgia" Gives Directions and is marked "Guaranteed by the Pure Food and Drug Acts of 1906". These are from no later than the 1910s. The reverse has the same info in German. Also marked "Prepared by Charles A. Drefs Wholesale and Retail Druggist 280 & 282 Broadway Buffalo, New York". These are unused old stock in excellent unfilled and unused condition. These came from the estate of famous dealer and friend Bob Secrist.

These passes are 3 3/4" wide, cloth, OTTO, backstage passes for the 1990 MDA Telethon, hosted by Jerry Lewis.  This telethon was for Muscular Dystrophy Association, and aired on Labor Day weekend for six decades. The MDA Telethon was the first telethon to raise over $1 million and be shown entirely in color, and has broken several other records.  Some of the participants in 1990 were Dolly Parton, Alabama, Ray Charles, The Commodores, Bill Cosby, Gloria Estefan, The Four Tops, Aretha Franklin, Hulk Hogan, Naomi Judd, and many more.
