Click the picture to see a larger more detailed image. Vintage 3 3/4" tall Cracker Jack Straight Apple Brandy Apple Jack 100 Proof bottle label. Says "Bottle in Bond Under U. S. Government Supervision". Lightly textured paper. They are unused stock in excellent condition from the General Distillers Corporation in Lousville, Kentucky. Circa 1940s. We had a few of these a long time ago and they sold out quickly because of the "Cracker Jack" name.

Says "Gordon's Distilled London Dry Gin" "Distillers Company Limited" "Linden, New Jersey". These came from long time dealer Lorie Cairns who recently sold us her inventory. Lorie was one of the pioneers in this business and we are very grateful to her. Excellent unused condition.

Great image of a horse with a jockey riding it in a race. There is another smaller logo that pictures a jockey's hat and whip. These came from B & M Farms in Phoenix, Arizona and are marked as such. Circa 1940s. We acquired these from a long time label dealer on the west coast that we bought out. Excellent unused condition.

#CC373 - 1940s Coca Cola Two Part Ad Card/Coupon with Lady in Rocking Chair
Click the picture to see larger more detailed image of both sides. This item is an advertising card/coupon attached to each other by a peforation. Found at the old Coke bottling plant in Frankfort, Indiana. The card and coupon are attached to each other by a perforation as shown in the picture. They come apart cleanly, but some folks like to keep them together and frame them that way. They are in excellent condition and a vintage Coke item from the 1940s.

#CH326-16  - Humphrey Bogart in "Knock on Any Door" Movie Poster Broadside
Vintage 10 1/2" tall paper movie poster/broadside from the 1949 Humphrey Bogart movie "Knock on Any Door". Also, was the first appearance of John Derek in a movie. Says "Bogart Tough, Compelling in Knock on any Door". Please click the picture to see a more detailed image. Back in the day, when a new movie was going to play at the local theatre, there would be a guy who would run around town tacking these things on bulletin boards, telephone poles, fence posts, or anyplace else where they might be seen. Because most were outdoors, few have survived. Some will have small edge tears or roughness, but this is true of all paper movie broadsides, and they can easily be trimmed for framing. Although, a few small imperfections kind of adds to the look with these. Colors vary. We got them from the estate of famous dealer and friend Bob Secrist. He found them in the storage area of an old theatre up in Northeast Ohio.

Really nice colorful picture of the house of Mary Washington which says the following under it "The home of Mary, the mother of Washington, From 1775 to her death 1789 - Death occurred in the lower left front room. The house and garden still stand in Fredericksburg, VA." "Mary made Corn Bread for her son, George, from meal ground the same way this meal is - on stone propelled by water". Also marked "Germania Mills, Inc. Fredericksburg, VA." Circa 1940s. We acquired these from the estate of Zane Shaffer who was one of the largest country store dealers on the East Coast. Excellent unused condition. These are scarce and unusual.

#MS325 - Group of 4 Red Wooden Pencil Spools with Brass Tips

These are old used ones from around the 1940s. These older brightly colored ones are getting hard to find. Great for crafts. These are a good red for Christmas projects too. They show signs of use, but are in above average condition. They came from the estate of the late Larry "The Bottleman" Johnson, who was a friend. Larry was a picker his whole life, and he will be missed by the antique community. NO FOREIGN ORDERS ON THIS ONE DUE TO WEIGHT.

#ZZZ169  - Printer's File Sample of Red Jacket Athletic Hose Header - Indian - Dated WWII Era
Click the picture to see a larger more detailed image of both sides. Vintage 7" or large (sizes vary) thin cardboard header card. Back has a printer's file date stamp. A few have more writing like the one pictured. All are dated during the WWI era. Sizes and dates vary. Front pictures and Indian and says "Red Jacket Athletic Hose" while other side pictures on arrowhead and tells about their guarantee "Seneca Falls, NY". Very unusual and in excellent condition. Found in the files at the old factory.

The grower was Joe D. Maggio who took advantage of having a name very similar to the most famous baseball great of that time Joe Dimaggio. These are from the late 1940s when Joe Dimaggio returned to baseball after joining the  army.  Deep and pretty colors. They are from the Hotville, California and are marked as such. We acquired these from a long time label dealer on the west coast that we bought out. Excellent unused condition.

These are from the day when the idea of advertising was to catch your attention. The images often had no relation to the product. This was pretty risque stuff back then. Unused stock in excellent condition that was found at the J. Vukasovich Co. in Watsonville, CA (marked as such). We acquired these from a long time label dealer on the west coast that we bought out. Says "B-L Preparation A Fine Instestinal Eliminant" "October 1, 1943" (Which was right in the middle of WWII). Long list of strange ingredients. "Atlanta, Georgia". Nice display items for a country store. Boxes shipped folded flat as you see in the picture. This is old unused factory stock in excellent condition.

#DC194 - Cedar Height's Farm Guernsey Milk Bottle Cap

Scarce and very collectible Guernsey cap. These came from the estate of famous dealer and friend Bob Secrist, who had one of the best milk bottle cap collections in the country. Excellent unused condition.
