#BEADS0578 - Old Cocker Spaniel Stamping with Heavy Patina
Vintage 30mm (1.2") tall solid copper Cocker Spaniel stamping. These are deeply embossed with a lot of age patina. They are from around 1950. Unused. These came from the estate of friend and famous dealer Bob Secrist.

Vintage large thick 22mm (.9") diameter deep cobalt glass cabochon with goldstone streaks. Nearly flat back (very slightly rounded). These are very beautiful. Japanese. Made around 1950. #BEADS0611 - 14mm Purple and White Swirl Glass Cabochon - Cherry Brand
Vintage large thick 14mm (.6") tall cabochon. Flat back. These have a very unusual wavy shape. The glass is a beautiful transparent purple with a white swirl. Japanese. These were in Cherry Brand packaging which is very high quality. The company only existed from 1946 - 1951, so they are from that time period. Unused perfect condition from original packing. #BEADS0660 - Group of 24 Large 20mm Topaz Rhinestone Glass Sew Ons in Original Packaging
(You get 24 in the original package for $3 - that's about 12¢ each). Vintage large 20mm long topaz colored teardrop shaped glass rhinestone with a flat back, foil on the back for gluing, and a tiny hole at the top and bottom for sewing. These are heavy well made Czech sew one from the 1950s and are not common at all. You are not likely to see them anywhere else. Unsold old stock from an old store up in the northeast we recently visited. Excellent unused condition.

#BEADS0767 - Group of 300 5mm Clear Light Yellow Colored Glass Cherry Brand Beads
Click the picture to see a larger more detailed image. You get approximately 300 Beads for $12 (4¢ each). Vintage temporary strands of transparent 5mm light yellow Cherry Brand Japanese beads. These were made by hand using old techniques. They are 1940s Cherry Brand (company only existed from 1946 - 1951). As you many know, Cherry Brand was considered the highest quality Japanese bead maker. This is a very fresh find we made from a dealer in New York who originally purchased them in the 1940s. These are very hard to find, very nice, and have never seen the light of day. Click on the image to see a larger picture with more detail. Dust them off and they are like new again.

#DA064 - Group of 5 Different Riverside Dairy Cream Can Tags
Set of 5 different (that's 40¢ each) vintage 3 3/4" wide cream can tags from the Riverside Dairy in Cardington, Ohio. Every one is marked "Riverside Dairy 329 East Main St. Cardington, Ohio". One is for "3.5% Homogenized", one for "Ice Cream Mix 12% BUtterfat", one for ""Imitation Ice Cream Mix 6% Butterfat", one for "Ice Cream Mix 10% Butterfat", and the last one has the Riverside info and a place to write in the mix. They went on those big metal cream cans. They are from the 1950s and in excellent unused condition.

#DA065 - Rare Krim-Ko Milk Bottle Hanger
Vintage 9" tall paper bottle hanger advertising sheet. Milk bottle hangers of any type are rare, and this is a good one. It has a circular area cut at the top so it could be placed over a milk bottle. The idea was that you would see the ad on your milk bottles and, by just checking a box, your local milk man would deliver the Krim-Ko Chocolate with your regular milk bottle delivery. Nice graphics as you can see. Says "Little ones need breakfast, too, and it's so easy when it's hot chocolate made the quick serve way with Dairy Chocolate". Goes on to talke about how easy and healthful hot chocolate is. Actaully says "For their Health's Sake". This was a local find at the Riverside Dairy in Cardington, Ohio. They are marked KRIM-KO on the bottom right where there is a 1956 printers code. They are excellent unused condition.

The orange spot on the hanger folds out so it could slide on top of an orange drink (Milk Bottle). They have a reminder to order and a box to tell the milkman how many bottle you wanted. They are unmarked but came from the Riverside Dairy in Cardington, Ohio. Excellent unused condition and from the 1950s.

Vintage 42mm (1.7") diameter "Sunrise Dairy Farm Whipping Cream" milk bottle cap. Image of a farm scene with cows and a sunrise over the mountains. These are not real common and are in great condition. They are from around 1950, and are from the Sunrise Dairy Farm in Portland, Oregon. We got them from the estate of famous dealer and friend Bob Secrist, who had one of the best milk bottle cap collections in the country.

One of the large wheels swivels on a brass grommet. Nice condition. Fun image. The picture is set against the original envelope which is included.  From a long closed factory that made them in the 1950s. Includes original envelope. Very colorful. These days it will cost you $5 to buy a new good quality oversize card with the envelope like this. These are a real bargain.

It pictures a glass goblet with a large helping of vanilla ice cream. They are unused old stock found in Pennsylvania. They were found at a distributor still in their shipping boxes dated 1953. When the coffee cup is picked up..... watch the fun" "Made in Japan". Unsold old 1950s store stock that we recently recovered from a warehouse in Northeast Ohio. Excellent condition. This type of humor with wonderful crazy illustration harkens back to a time when things were simpler.

These came from Schuman Farms in Watsonville, California and they are marked as such. We acquired these from a long time label dealer on the west coast that we bought out. Excellent unused condition.

Click the picture to see a larger more detailed image. You get 12 for $6 (that's 50¢ each). Vintage Large size 10" tall unused vegetable crate label from Holtville, CA. Fruit and vegetable growers and exporters commissioned famous artist to make beautiful labels to try and make their product stand out. Many of the labels reflect events, people and areas that were popular during this time. This one has a picture of the owners son (Carl Joseph) who interestingly became a fairly well know person in California in race horse circles as he raised some winners. Stefani Maggio (a family member) believes these labels were made around the mid 1950s. We acquired them from long time dealer Lorie Cairns who recently sold us her inventory. Lorie was one of the pioneers in this business and we are very grateful to her. Excellent unused condition.
