They have sharp metal prongs that clips them together over a dry good. Says "Janney Dry Goods & Notions Co." and has lines to list the item and price. Janney was in Fredericksburg, VA, and used the Dry Goods name in the late 1920s into the 1930s.  We acquired them from the estate of Zane Shaffer who was one of the largest country store dealers on the East Coast. Excellent unused condition.

Vintage 8 1/2" wide unused letterhead. Fantastic image of the old barber chair. Every barbershop collector needs one of these. Click the picture to see a larger version of the old barber chair. They were found with some Eisemann labels which you will find elsewhere in this catalog that all date from around 1900 - 1910. These are about the same age. As you would expect,the paper shows some minor paper aging. Phil Eisemann was one of the premier barber suppliers in the country in the early 1900s. Eisemann signs and bottles are high dollar items for the collector. This letterhead is extremely rare. We bought the lot from a collector who had bought them with a bunch of high end Eisemann's signs.

Vintage colorful 2 3/8" tall box that says Classic Car and pictures a 1932 Chrysler Imperial. The ashtray/stash box device inside has the same image. The device inside has a spring loaded cigarette/joint holder that pops out when you open it. It is a tin box that you could use as an ash tray or for joint storage. "Made in Hong Kong". These were sold as novelties and in head shops all over the country in the late 1960s into the early 1970s when stash boxes were all the rage. We found these at an old novelty distributorship in northern Ohio. Excellent unused condition. There were nine different variations (Cigarettes, Cars, Novelty) that we will be offering in this and future catalogs. They would make a really interesting collection.

The front pictures marijuana plants growing in a field. The reverse has the sun over a field of pot plants and says "After All, It's Only a Weed That Turns to a Flower in Your Mind". These are from the later part of the hippie era (mid 1970s). They are also marked  "Adams Apple Dist, Chicago, Illinois". Unused old store stock in excellent condition.

They say "Jammin' Smiley Bug" and show a 1957 license plate. Flicker action makes the hippies in the car disappear when you turn it sideways. Vintage 3 3/4" tall OTTO cloth backstage pass from Neil Young's Bridge School Benefit in 1998 *(Bridge school is for kids with disabilities). A couple of the songs Neil played, he used PHISH as his backup band. It says on the pass that he was nominated for a 1999 Computerworld Smithsonian Award which indeed he was, but he didn't win. Excellent unused condition

These were part of a series made by "Runnin Bare" and are marked as such. They say "Runnin Bare QSL Cards... McMinnville, OR" on the reverse. They were made in the 1970s at the height of CB (Citizen's Band used by truckers) popularity. Excellent unused condition.

They say "Hietpas Dairy Farm RR3 Appleton, Wisconsin Ph. 42283" "2121 N. French Road". This is a very pretty cap and an a very uncommon one. Unused excellent condition. These came from the estate of famous dealer and friend Bob Secrist, who had one of the best milk bottle cap collections in the country.
