#CS496 - Updated Set of 20 Different Pharmacy Bottle Labels
#CS496 - Updated Set of 20 Different Pharmacy Bottle Labels
Click the picture to see a large picture of a typical group. You will get 20 different vintage pharmacy bottle labels for $3.00 (that's 15¢ each). The sizes vary, but they average about 2 1/2" wide. They are from pharmacies all over the country and vary in age from around the 1880s to the 1940s. This is mostly different from previous sets and contain at least five labels with skull and crossbones. There are some real unusual concoctions here. They are great for old bottles. Pharmacies used whatever bottles they had on hand, so there is no specific bottle that goes with these labels. Go pick up some cork top bottles for a quarter at your local flea market and stick these labels on them. You can sell the bottles for $3 - $5 each. This is a very nice group that we have rounded up from collection in Wisconsin and Washington State. If you order more than one set, there will be some different ones in each group. No two groups will be identical. These are by far the best sets we have ever had.

#CH314 - Television Network Press Releases and Star Biographies
#CH314 - Television Network Press Releases and Star Biographies
Price is $2.50 each. Here's something very unusual.  We bought a collection of TV memorabilia from a fellow that contained a lot of Television Network Press Releases and Star Biographies  These are all studio and file copies.  Some have notes written on them. There are many different and I didn't see any duplicates.  The ones in the picture are a Jonathan Winters biography with the NBC logo telling about him in 1964. Another is a bio about Dan Rowan and Dick Martin from NBC in 1968.  The third is from Warner Brothers and is a Patty Duke bio from 1973.  They are typical, although there are a few actors in there I've never heard of, but not many.  It's potluck.  No special requests.  They are mostly from the 1960s and 70s, but I did see a few from the 1950s and early 80s. Some of these have to be worth some serious money.  I saw one in there from Rod Serling and the Twilight Zone.  You will get a totally random selection with no duplicates, so that it is fair for everyone.  These were kept in files and so are in great shape, but some have writing on them where network executives were making notes.  This is a very unusual find.

#CC281 - Bottle Logo 1940 Coca Cola Route Receipt from the Wilkes-Barre Coca-Cola Bottling Plant
#CC281 - Bottle Logo 1940 Coca Cola Route Receipt from the Wilkes-Barre Coca-Cola Bottling Plant
Vintage 6 1/4" tall late route receipt from the Coca-Cola bottling plant in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. These are all dated 1940 and have the Wilkes-Barre logo with a bottle pictured (the name of this plant changed to Keystone later in the 1940s). Says "Wilkes-Barre Coca-Cola Bottling Company, Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania". These are old receipts that were still hanging around the plant. They were used and show who the order was sold to and how many cases of Coke and Soda Water they bought minus empty bottles and cases they returned. They are in very good shape.  Most will have a couple of tiny staple pinholes. Coca Cola route receipts are becoming widely collected as Coke checks have gotten scarcer and more expensive.  You can still assemble a nice collection of receipts from many different plants for a very reasonable price.
