##MUSICBP0188 - 1995 MEGAFORCE Records Santa Cloth OTTO Aftershow Pass

Click the picture to see a larger more detailed image of both sides of the pass. Vintage very large 4 1/2" tall Cloth OTTO "After Show" backstage pass from a MEGAFORCE Records Christmas event. They are from 1995 and have a very colorful picture of a snowman holding a guitar. The OTTO mark is located on the back. MEGAFORCE records were industry mavericks. They went after the metal bands when the other labels weren't paying attention. They were founded in 1982, and signed Metallica that year when no other label was interested. It was a big break for both of them. They went on to sign Anthrax, The Black Crowes, Johnny Winter, Cyndi Lauper and many many famous artists. They are best know in the metal community where they are the go to label. Excellent unused condition.

#BEADS0861 - Strand of 24 Large Cherry Brand Glass 12mm Translucent Rose Baroque (Dimpled) Glass Beads

Click the picture to see a larger more detailed image. You get 24 Beads for $3.50 (14¢ each). Vintage temporary strand of fancy Cherry Brand Japanese Baroque beads. They are large heavy 12mm diameter rose colored translucent glass beads. The glass is very beautiful with dimples (they called it Baroque on the master case). These were made by hand using old techniques. The crude shapes and unusual dimple really enhance the look. These are 1940s Cherry Brand (company only existed from 1946 - 1951). As you may know, Cherry Brand was considered the highest quality Japanese bead maker. This is a very fresh find we made from a dealer in New York who originally purchased them in the 1940s. These are very hard to find, very nice, and have never seen the light of day. Click on the image to see a larger picture with more detail.

##MUSICBP2030 - Pair of Horde Festival OTTO Cloth Backstage Passes from 1994 and 1996

Click the picture to see a more detailed image of both sides of the pass. You get the pair for $3 (that's $1.50 each). The H.O.R.D.E. festival started in 1992. The acronym stood for "Horizons of Rock Developing East Coast". The idea was to have only really good bands that played live. It was an attempt to develop an East Coast version of Lollapalooza.

##MUSICBQ0170 - 1986 Licensed Madonna Pinback Button from "Button-Up"

Click the picture to see a larger more detailed image. Marked "Button-up" and "Copyright 1986 Boy Toy Inc." (Boy Toy is one of her trademarks) around the rim. These are from around the end of the Like a Virgin Tour that ran from 1984 - 1986. We uncovered them very recently in an old vending warehouse here locally. These licensed types are very scarce, yet easy to identify by the licensing info on the side of the button. Most of the musical pinbacks that you see for sale on Ebay or other online sites are reproductions. These licensed types retail for much higher prices. Excellent unused condition.
