Two of their albums went Platinum and five went gold. He had a #1 hit on the Billboard charts in 1997 with his Oscar nominated song "For the First Time" from "One Fine Day" and has been covered by many famous artists.

##MUSICBP0480 - Ultra Rare Grateful Dead Cloth Backstage Pass from the 1973 UCLA Concert

This is one of the first backstage passes every made for any group. It is a vintage pass 3 1/2" tall cloth pass from the 11/17/73 Grateful Dead concert at UCLA. Says Pauley Pavilion UCLA Pacific Presentations. These are super rare to begin with, but of the few that have been found, the paper on the back is almost always missing. This one is intact with back paper (See large image) making it ultra rare. Maybe the best one in existence. We only have one. This is it. Retail prices on one in this condition can run over $100.

This laminated backstage pass is from Green Day's South American Leg of their 21st Century Breakdown Tour. This is a laser foil and numbered pass. Each pass has a unique number and may not be the number shown in the image. The back of the pass has tour dates and locations. The pass is 4-5/8" high. This is an unmarked OTTO Manufacturing pass.

Green Day is an American rock band led by lead vocalist and guitarist Billie Joe Armstrong. Before taking its current name in 1989, Green Day was called "Blood Rage", Then "Sweet Children". Green Day has sold more than 85 million records worldwide. They have 20 Grammy Nominations and 5 wins.

These licensed types are very scarce, yet easy to identify by the licensing info on the side of the button. Most of the musical pinbacks that you see for sale on Ebay or other online sites are reproductions. These licensed types retail for much higher prices. We uncovered them very recently in an old vending warehouse here locally. Excellent unused condition.

##MUSICBP1404 - Lubbock Music Festival OTTO Laminated VIP Pass from 1986 - Bo Diddley, Crickets - Buddy Holly Tribute

This is a rare pass from a festival with Bo Diddley (1928-2008) and the festival was in memory of Buddy Holly who passed away in 1959. His band, The Crickets, weren't in the plane crash, and they performed at the event.
